The negative side of 'AI' is most…

The negative side of 'AI' is most services are going fully chatbot remote. I had problem with DNS records and setting up my System.io. Wix, would only give be chat answers. Systeme.io went above and beyond and fixed by Wix records for me. Outstanding service. Thank you!

Over promised and under delivered

Unfortunately this has been a disappointing experience from start to finish.

During onboarding I was told that migration would take 1-2 weeks but after signing up, I was told 7-8 weeks. During the actual migration, both my email and website went down for 48 hours and I had to resolve the issue myself.

All attempts to resolve this with customer services have been met with defending their internal processes and referring to their policy of non-refundable terms rather than addressing the service failure or its impact.

As a gesture of "goodwill", they did offer 1 free month of subscription but why on earth would I continue to engage with a service that had messed up and was continuing to show so little regard for their customer?

I have now cancelled my subscription, having paid for a service that I never used as I completely lost confidence in the product.

The situation could easily have been resolved with a small amount of accountability and support but customer services were more interested in proving they were right and refusing to actually listen.

As for the temporary disruption during the domain connection process, while some short downtime can occasionally occur during DNS propagation, we understand that in your case this had a real impact and went beyond what you should reasonably have had to deal with.

I had a very frustrating experience with this affiliate program.

After generating commissions, my account was placed under review. I fully cooperated with every request: I provided my website, identification, detailed explanations, and additional information they asked for.

Despite this, my account was ultimately terminated, and I was informed that my activity did not comply with their terms. However, I was not provided with clear or specific evidence explaining what exactly was considered invalid.

From my experience, the process is overly complicated and not transparent. I do not recommend working with this platform, as the verification process is extremely strict and difficult to deal with, even when you fully cooperate

I have never encountered a process that was this complex, unclear, and ultimately resulted in a complete loss of commissions without specific justification.

From my experience, affiliates should be aware that even with full cooperation, there is a risk of account termination without clear, actionable explanations. This level of opacity makes it difficult to trust the process.

I remain open to a clear, specific explanation of the exact issues identified, should you be willing to provide one.

Focusing on factors such as the age of a domain or perceived traffic levels as a basis to invalidate commissions is not a reliable or sufficient standard. A website being relatively new does not determine the legitimacy of conversions — especially when content is targeted and optimized for specific user intent. Traffic quality and relevance matter far more than raw volume or how long a domain has existed.

Using such assumptions to justify terminating an account raises serious questions about how decisions are actually made. These are not concrete indicators of invalid activity — they are interpretations.

Additionally, the narrative that a “simple verification call” would resolve everything overlooks the fact that I had already provided identification, my website, and detailed explanations. The process continuously expanded with new requirements, without ever clearly stating what would be considered sufficient.

Most importantly, no clear, verifiable evidence has been presented to demonstrate that the activity was fraudulent or invalid. The decision appears to rely on internal assumptions rather than transparent criteria that affiliates can understand or follow.

I have worked with over 36 affiliate programs, including both mid-sized and large companies, and received more than $20,000 in payouts. I have never encountered a situation where conclusions of this scale were made without clear, specific, and actionable evidence.

* We requested a simple verification call (at a time of his choosing) to confirm identity — a standard process in such situations — but this was declined.

Along with other internal checks, these elements prevented us from validating the legitimacy of the account and activity.

When we cannot confidently verify an affiliate's identity and traffic sources, we cannot continue the partnership. This is necessary to protect our platform and the many legitimate affiliates we work with.

I’m truly impressed with Systeme.io’s…

I’m truly impressed with Systeme.io’s customer care. After submitting my query via email, I immediately received an acknowledgment stating that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. To my surprise, an agent responded within just 6 hours.

Milares Stephen provided excellent support—clearly explaining my setup issue and even including a screenshot so I could fully understand the problem. As someone new to this kind of setup, this was incredibly reassuring.

I moved my website from Kajabi to Systeme.io because I did not need all the bells and whistles or expense with Kajabi. So far, I've finding System.io to be very user friendly and the folks handling my migration were very friendly.
