I’ve been trading with SystemQ for a good twenty years and found them very helpful in providing good equipment and after sales plus technical assistance.

First off thanks to Phil for sorting a network issue out for me again top service orders a camera base with grace straight away she told me the screw pattern was different but I told her I will adjust it to fit so it matches the rest of the bases such a pleasure to talk with her and she should be sales lady of the year what a great asset to the company a breath of fresh air to deal with.

The response of the Sales Team was the most impressive part of the phone-call dialogue. The person who dealt with my enquiry was extremely patient, polite and most helpful, giving advice on all aspects of the installation of C.C.T.V. Frankly, it was this response above all that made me want to deal with System Q.

Arrived promptly, and worked well . This was a replacement for a previous unit .

We have been using System Q cameras, mitters and switches for a while. We have never experienced an issue with an install until recently.

The tech support from System Q was excellent and the issue was resolved through a remote access session.

Rob, the tech, was very patient and got to the root of the problem. We were advised how to remedy the issue in a variety of way. Having implemented one of the solutions the system runs as expected now.

IV HAVE USED SYSTEM Q OVER THE YEARS AND ALWAYS FOUND THEM, USEFULL

System Q are going from strength to strength, developing new products and better software for the end user. Their technical staff, Rob & Phil, are always on hand for assistance to the installer, and know their products inside out. The sales staff (especially Lisa, the sales manager) are always very friendly and helpful. It's good to have a UK product with proper English text & software, not some translated paperwork that doesn't correspond to the GUI in front of you.
