Worse quality than expected
Unfortunately, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. After only wearing it twice, the ring already has considerable signs of wear and scratches, even though it was handled with care. In addition, the shine has also quickly diminished and the ring looks dull. I would have expected a much higher quality for the money

This is certainly not the quality we aim to provide, and we completely understand your disappointment. Our jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyd, so it’s concerning to hear that you noticed visible wear so quickly, especially with careful handling.
That said, rings are generally more exposed to wear and tear than other types of jewelry, as they are constantly in contact with surfaces, soap, and other elements through everyday use. This can naturally affect both shine and surface over time, even with high-quality materials.
We’d really like the chance to make this right.
