Nice looking shoes, great fitting and good quality.

Apart from the sneakers being amazing quality and value for money, I had a great customer experience with Sziano.

After my order got lost initially, I contacted them and they insured that my shoes were personally delivered to my house the next day. What could have been a bad experience was personally adressed and turned around in to a great one!

Very good quality products, little pricey but it's also a high quality and high end brand. Unfortunately you have to pay for returns yourself, this is a downside for me as you don't purposely buy a wrong size shoe. There is no way for you to know which size fits you just by looking online.

They advise on the website to buy one size smaller, which is not correct at all…i just needed my normal size. They advertise “easy return/exchange” which is not true: you need to print out papers and fill it in, there is no return label..plus you need to pay for return shipping YOURSELF! Even if you want to change size due to their bad advise. When i left a comment on their instagram, they deleted it 2 times and then blocked me!!! Wow not even contacting the client just blocking them and hidding bad reviews. Amateur company! Same shoe btw is cheaper at Tourie so im not even exchanging anymore because sziano service is horrible they dont deserve the purchase go to Tourie.
