I visited the store twice. The first time, I submitted an official request for a refund of my remaining credit after terminating my Twist contract. Their staff filled in the form themselves and told me which details to provide.

The money never arrived. So the second time I went there to find out why — and that's when I was told the matter was "out of their hands", along with a promise that the money would arrive within a week. It didn't.

Only later, when I contacted online support (which, by the way, was completely unhelpful), did it turn out that there was an error in the details on the request, which is why it never went through. For six weeks nobody said a word about it; the request just sat there.

It was eventually resolved by the complaints department.

"The pricing policy makes absolutely no sense. It is more cost-effective to buy a foreign plan and pay roaming charges than to subscribe to a local provider. It is best to avoid contacting 'T-Mobile CZ' entirely."

T-Mobile technicians misidentified the cause of packet loss and unreliable connection wich costed me a lot of money, stress and time and then when i went to replace their modem i had to wait for an hour to be told that they cant replace it due to their issues and i have to come again later. absolutely no compensation.

The mobile app is not so well built
too much bugs

Their app is stupid. Why does it take so long to show new credit after topping up? 21st century and these monkeys cannot write a reliable and fast software. Instead they bombard me with stupid offers that I am not interested in. Bad, pathetic..

Terrible connection and unreliable service as for fiber optics internet. Short time disconnects every day. Few days a month not working at all.

Super expensive in general. When terminating agreement and paying all in the branch they still invent costs and charge retrospectively

I had an issue with my internet, and they really took their time to fix it. If you don't really speak czech (which I don't), they find someone who speaks English and work with it. They don't insist on selling you more than you came to buy, and are super helpful. Slight deduction, since I had to go to the store, because the phone number for the technician apparently didn't exist, when I tried to call it, but that might be my phone being confused about the number.
