This is a third-party scam website that uses tracking from any and everywhere. They provide it to the consumer, as if they are actually tracking your package. In actuality they are tracking it from a fake carrier service that may not even exist. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Latest version of the Track 17 fake tracking site. Used by scammers to input fake tracking details to convince buyers that their purchase is legitimate until, the tracking says "delivered" which, of course, it isn't!

17tracking.net is a fraud/ scam tracking company used by fraudulent companies to give you fake tracking info. If the company you are going to make a purchase w/ uses 17tracking.net- BE WARNED. It is a scam and you will never get your merchandise

Most of the reviews that give 1 star are incorrectly assuming 17Track is the carrier company delivering their packages - 17 track is literally just tracking, not delivering. If packages go missing it's the courier, not 17Track.

Ordered via Stanley za and followed the tracking. Eventually t.17 track.net showed the parcel had been delivered. We were scammed by the Stanley site as well as t.17 track.net of over R1000! It took so long that we cannot get the bank to reverse the transaction.

SCAM! Gives fake parcel updates but in reality nothing is happening.
This website is an enabler of online scamming.

It’s bizarre to see how this can go on stilling from so many people without getting caught! It’s always the same story 😡

Bought something from “online-w8” and 17Track never delivered it.

I keep asking for a refund and now they blocked my email. But I will not give in. Even if this needs to be my life mission. Wait for it 17track!

When you got scammed by the vendor it is not the fault of T 17track. This is just a plattform to track parcels and it does what it should do.

This is one of the best tracking services that to use when the carrier is unknown and when the package will pas through several carriers.
They do not deliver your package but check several carriers so you do not need to know the carrier nor their homepage to track your package.
I tend to use them when I order from other countries since I do not know the local carrier nor their website. For more details, you might need to go to the last carrier and 17track provide link to the carriers homepage.

This company has "lost" a second package that was supposed to be delivered to me. (The second being a replacement for the first, which never arrived.)

Edited transcript of email sent to retailer:

"Once again, the tracking website shows this package has been 'delivered'. It has not. (see attached)

It also shows that the package was 'delivered' to Sydney, New South Wales. Why would this happen?

This is in Brisbane, Queensland (approx 800km from Sydney)

The delivery address is an Australia Post parcel locker. If a delivery was made to this locker, then I would have been notified. I have not.

Furthermore, when I attempted to engage in online chat with an "expert" at the tracking website, they offered me a phone chat that I would have to pay for and ASKED FOR MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!

So I ask again, what kind of joke "delivery" company are you using?

Scammers who told me they were Legitimate Merchants! Ordered 3 items from SeaSalt back in May and have been strung along by these low life's with fake Order and tracking numbers. Then heard that my package had been delivered but I was in constantly. They wouldn't tell me who delivered it so I could contact them. They asked me to email my address again which I did and they said they would send out a new package. I have been waiting for weeks for a new tracking number and have now found out that they cannot be traced and do not exist!! I ordered from a fake website whom I found out don't exist. Steer well clear!!

We are not stupid , why the hell are they still in operation ? 0 rating for the scammers.... They think that everyone is stupid like trump. I never received my package even though they insisted that it was delivered by the post office , when I explained that I was home and no one rang my ring camera doorbell or knocked on my door they said that the post office delivered it ,
I explained that the post office always sends me a notification before it's delivered .they are stupid.
Facebook have to put a stop to false advertising because they are part of the problem because they allow scammers to keep using their website . be careful with the site named Officesellus on Facebook , it's a total scam ,I already reported them .

Fraudsters, they are used by Neecloth Hong Kong to tell you lies about shipments. Never endulge in their lies!!!

17 Track are a 100% scam. Anyone posting on here to say otherwise is part of the scam. After 21 days it said package delivered, but it wasn't. They don't tell you who the supposed carrier was to contact them. The supposed site we ordered from was Mountain Warehouse...I do believe that they will be aware yet have posted no warning on their site.

I ordered something almost a month ago and still haven’t received it. Have emailed the “company” and still haven’t heard a thing. Now after 22 days When I checked my status the status is changed to Delivered.
Even I did not receive any call.

17TRACK Is a great big SCAM. I’ve ordered numerous items during 2023. Supposedly coming from China? I have not received one of these items. I’ve contacted 17TRACK plus the sellers numerous times promises, promises promises, but never received the goods. BE WARNED The tracking numbers they give you are all fake. I’ve paid daily for my mistakes

T.17track.net created a false tracking trail claiming completed delivery after 12 days. The following worked together in this scam: shoethappym.com, no-reply at shopneo.shop, and support at dp-reduce.com. The latter urged me to check with the post office and the neighbors. E-mail to support at shoethappym.com bounced. USPS had no record of the shipment.
American Express reversed the charge shortly after I disputed it.

As others report, site works in concert with scammers who do not send anything, yet provide all manner of "events" for ghost parcels... even bogus delivery.
USPS.com *will* have information on legitimate packages from China, but sure enough - nothing on the TWO bogus shipments "tracked" by 17Track for me.
