T2 have charged me double the terminal rental for 4 years (the length of my contract)
Despite several phone calls, I had nothing but empty promises from Tim and Tom.
It’s cost me £1400 in overcharged payments and as they are NOT REGULATED nothing I can do. I was mis sold - they are a company portraying to be professional but most definitely are not. I would not recommend to anyone!

I wrote a very good 5 star review for this company which I am now going to retract. Very good when you are buying something from them but as soon as the contract is signed it all goes downhill from there. There is no way of contacting the sales rep - never answers calls or phones back, so decided to leave the company, that was a whole different ball game, totally ignorant to emails, phone calls and all forms of communication. Have just fought against them for 4 solid months and have very, very reluctantly been forced to back down in the end. Awful customer service after signing up with them. However I have now had a personal visit from John who owns the Company and he was mortified when he heard my whole story. He has profusely apologised for the bad treatment I have had and has put my mind at rest now. I would urge anybody who has any similar problems to escalate their phone call to John who I am assured will endeavour to sort things out.

Great sales pitch but utterly awful service. I thought I was signed up to a year contract but it turns out it is 4 years!!!! Never answer the phone or emails. after sales service is non existent. I am now stuck with a broken till and a contract that is expensive to get out of. Please ignore any positive reviews you see from me about this company as that only lasted 2 days before things went wrong. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Please avoid st all costs.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience! I would not recommend using this company. They are unresponsive, promising support and assistance but then failing to deliver. My issue remains unresolved despite repeated promises of a callback that never materialises. I deeply regret choosing this company.
Terrible company!
Terrible experience from start to finish. I would give them 0* if that was an option.
Tim & Tom came in to my coffee shop about a year ago and sold me the dream, I took them at their word with costs and that there would be no contract. However after I'd signed up, I realised that the monthly fee was a lot more and I'm signed in to a 3 year contract! (they told me it was rolling and I could cancel anytime)
I have phoned/text both Tim & Tom numerous times and surprise surprise they never pick up!
I've also phoned their office number and no one picks up.
When I have eventually got through to someone from Clover on one occasion it's over £400 to cancel my contract and in this current climate I simply can't afford it.
I am absolutely appalled with the service I have received. DO NOT trust this company!
