Impossible to reach their customer service.

Although their tea products are nice, I purchased a glass double insulated bottle where the inside shattered to pieces when drinking. I contacted them multiple times and have not been able to get a hold of anyone and have not had anything other than automatic holding replies for over a month.

Big scam of a company

Big scam of a company. I have bought stuff online weeks ago and could not get to the bottom of where my order is. I asked for a full refund and pi** taker costumer service doesn't respond.
I have tried ringing your call center but the number is invalid!!!!!

I ordered 33£ worth of tea a few weeks…

I ordered 33£ worth of tea a few weeks back and recieved nothing so far, I got I touch with them and it took them ages to reply stating that one of the items was out of stock and that they would arrange a refund for that item (which I have not recieved!) But what about the rest of my order?! No word, nothing. Disgusting customer service. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere there are plenty of reputable companies who will actually do their jobs. Smh

Three weeks after ordering I still have…

Three weeks after ordering I still have not received my order. I have been given two tracking numbers for DHL that do not exist.

Zero customer service and Zero care for their customers. They appear to just want your money and run.

Purchase elsewhere and do yourself a favor.

shocking customer service; broken China

I have placed 2 orders withT 2. The first order arrived quickly without problem and would have warranted a higher starred rating; however based in my most recent experience will give future purchasers a better insight into the shopper’s experience; hence 1 star.
I ordered a teapot with cup and saucer.
The items were badly packaged in flimsy bubble wrap and both the cup and saucer were broken. I contacted the company with photos and their reply was an automated one With a complaints number; saying not to send multiple emails Otherwise my complaint would be pushed further down the line. Not a good start. I waited a week; nothing; so emailed them again asking for a reply within 48 hours; still nothing. Like other reviewers the customer service from this company is absolutely shocking. I certainly won’t be buying from them again.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! All items reduced were broken due to very poor packaging. Two weeks later I am still waiting for them to issue a refund. The only way to contact them is via email and it takes them a week to respond. My first response from them was offering me a freebie, no mention of my refund. I will never buy from them again.

Appalling customer service - duplicate charge

Appalling customer service. Charged me for a duplicate order and posted it to me (despite me flagging up the extra charge immediately and asking to cancel order) and they have made returning the duplicate order very difficult. I still haven't been able to return it or get a refund after 4 weeks. Originally suggested I could return myself and have postage refunded but been recently told that's not possible now. They insist I wait at home for the order to be collected (I work full-time) or I pay to return it. I've offered to stay home on the one day of the week I can (they've seemingly ignored this) and I have also offered to go out of my way to return to a store but they said their stores don't refund online orders. I've had to get American Express involved to resolve this situation. This whole saga has been a big drain on my energy and time this last month! All problems compounded by the fact their customer service is based in Australia. The only minor positive is the teacups I purchased are lovely but I now almost wish I'd never bothered in the first place!

Awful Customer Service for Online Orders

Waited over a month for my order to be delivered. When it arrived only half of the order had arrived. No response from any of the the customer service team (who have been contacted various times). Still waiting for the rest of the order...

Poor T2!

Hate to do this but after numerous successful orders online and in the shops in Australia and the UK my latest order has been extremely disappointed. I placed an order for several items for a leaving present for a friend and unfortunately the main item was sent incorrectly. I have emailed them , filled in the online form , messaged on Twitter and Instagram but still no reply after over a week. As many have said only an Australian tel number, really bad from you T2. Excellent products but not cheap so expect a higher level of customer service. Will have to give my friend a picture of what she is supposed to be getting tomorrow when she leaves!

Wrong teapot delivered

Wrong (& cheaper) tea pot delivered. Contacted them by email ...reply was an automated message advising that they were very busy. About 1 week later they got in touch...asked for proof (ie photos). About another week after that received correct teapot. Seem pretty chaotic although to be fair they did get there in the end.

Very poor packaging

Very poor packaging and items arrived broken. I think for the company selling glass they should improve the way it's packed and secured inside the box. Items were wrapped in a partially broken bubble wrap and chucked in one box. Nothing was separating them, nothing was protecting from external force.

Outstanding Customer service!

I recently ordered some tea sets as upcoming birthday gifts; unfortunately one of the cups was broken on delivery. I contacted T2Tea by email and received an apologetic email informing me that a replacement would be despatched that day. Within 4 days not only did I receive the replacement cup but was pleasantly surprised and pleased to receive a full set! Great customer service and I will order again!

I like the products but won’t use again-beware

I like the products a lot and the staff in the shops are very helpful. However, their on line support is awful. No telephone customer support. Customer support can only be accessed by email and they respond when and if they feel like it. I ordered some cups and saucers for a present, they arrived broken and badly packed. Emailed customer services and got absolutely nowhere. Eventually got email response offering replacement for broken crockery and asking for a delivery address. Further email let me know that no more stock available of my chosen cups and saucers. Requested refund but having read previous reviews am worried that I might not get one. Am waiting for refund, I will not use this company again. I would advise friends not to avoid this company, not worth the effort you have to put in to get problems resolved. I'm very upset to give T2 one star

I'm very upset to give T2 one star, as I used to love the shop since I was a child. However, their recent customer service was terrible. I ordered items for Christmas, and not only did they not arrive on time, but the customer service was not apologetic, ignored 2 out of 3 of my messages, and one part of my order was not available. I received the items 3 weeks later, but I heard some others didn't receive theirs after an even longer timeframe. Will not be buying from them again, sadly.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent a ton of money with this company and will never shop by them again. I made orders for the holidays not only it doesn’t show up or get refunded but it’s been over a month and I can’t even get a response. Do not do business with this company they’ll take your money and not be there when you expect a response or at least just the product you paid for.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a teapot and cups as a gift which were poorly wrapped and arrived broken. Tried to contact customer service but have had no replies. The customer service department only work Monday to Friday 9-5pm which is clearly not long enough to deal with the backlog of complaints they are receiving. There is no UK telephone number so you must communicate by facebook or email. I would just like to be refunded for my damaged goods.

Worth Considering

I have updated my review to a more positive one to that I gave on Christmas Eve. (As below). The Tea arrived on the 28th December - so missed Christmas. However the Tea was fine and what I ordered arrived in the post in a fine T2 Tea box - so what was promised in my email exchange was delivered, albeit a bit too late (Note unlike others who have commented I was happy with their customer service as I always had a reply to my emails to them, it was just that words needed to be turned into deeds).
Anyway personally I will now give the them another chance especially as they seemed, from the earlier reviews of 2019 to be okay - but they seem to hit trouble from September onwards.
However only you can decide!

I confirm avoid. Ordered 3 boxes of jasmine tea on 25th November for Xmas Delivery - nothing arrived and I found that I could not track the order using the code given. Emailed the company again and was advised on the 11th December that they would investigate. On 13th December I was advised that DPD had confirmed that it was lost in transit. I agreed to them sending me another parcel of the Tea on 13th December and on the 18th December it was confirmed as being in the post to be delivered soon. I tried tracking it and found once again it did not register with their courier. To date (17.00 on Xmas Eve) - still nothing delivered and now too late to give as a present. Will raise the issue with my Credit Card Company after Xmas.
