Deposited £400 and watched the balance grow to £745. When I attempted to withdraw, the platform repeatedly displayed error messages and would not allow me to submit a withdrawal request. Contacted several account managers — passed between four — all of whom assured me I could “withdraw at any time.” Made it clear how distressing the situation was and how badly it was affecting my mental wellbeing. Despite this, none of them helped me complete a withdrawal, and the system continued to block every attempt. Raised the issue multiple times and received only empty promises. During this period, and without my consent or any ability to intervene, my account balance suddenly dropped from £745 to £4.34. When I challenged this, claimed they had “no record” of any withdrawal attempts — even though their own platform had prevented me from submitting one, something I had repeatedly reported to staff. This is not normal trading risk. I had carried out what I believed was due diligence beforehand, but after this happened, I looked deeper and discovered many similar reports describing the same pattern: blocked withdrawals, evasive account managers, and sudden balance loss. Have since learned that the promotion advert I clicked was AI. This experience has been deeply upsetting. The situation placed a heavy strain on my mental health. Understand that trading involves risk and accepted that from the start. However, the inability to withdraw funds, repeated system errors, contradictory information from staff — even after I told them the harm this was causing me — and the sudden collapse of my balance while I was actively seeking help is not normal or acceptable practice. Please research thoroughly before engaging. If something feels wrong, trust your instincts. Based on everything I experienced and have learned since, I cannot recommend t4trade to anyone, particularly not to vulnerable people. AVOID.

I am writing this to alert other traders to an ongoing issue regarding my account balance. While T4Trade has removed $1,897.83 in profits citing their Terms & Conditions—a point I have accepted—they have also removed $1,238.01 of my original client deposit.

Per their own T&Cs and standard financial regulations, the broker does not have the right to seize a client’s initial principal deposit. I have repeatedly reached out to both their Support and Compliance departments to resolve the discrepancy regarding my missing deposit, but I have received zero response.

It is one thing to dispute trading profits, but it is another entirely to withhold a client's deposited capital without explanation or communication. I am still waiting for the return of my $1,238.01.

Advice to others: Use caution. Until this is resolved, I cannot trust this broker with my capital.

I joined t4trade through Bexlorit! now they have trapped me in my account as the amount left is too low to draw out to close my account. They constantly wanted more money and wouldn't close my account. I even told them to keep the money. Has anyone else experienced this? and how did you resolve it?

I have now been able to withdraw, as the amount suddenly jumped over the amount limit required to draw out, after using t4trade's link from someone else's complaint. I'm waiting to see if the money arrives in my bank in the next 3 days.

After 4 days it appeared as pending in my bank. It was a very small fraction of the total I put in.(Even with the large profits made! and lots of hassle). Now, to see if I can close my account quickly.

Thank goodness my account has now been swiftly closed.

A complete scam !! I put £200 in said wouldn't put anymore In after a week of them calling me everyday I still said I wouldn't put anymore In...but managed to draw £130 back in dribs and drabs then he called said you have 8000 you need to put in more money in I said no thanks he said well you might aswell close your account I said yes OK well he said it will cost £900 pounds to get your 8000 back so paid it on my barclay card to be told a half an hour later I hadn't paid to close my account it had actually gone into.my account and now I was very rich !! I said you talked me through it and you failed so I will not be paying anymore to close my account ...take the money buy your mum some toffees !! Reported them to barclaycard a right bunch of scammers no less

Trading with T4Trade has been a pleasant experience. Deposits are instant and withdrawals
are processed without unnecessary delays. I focus mainly on gold trading and execution is
very fast, even during news releases. The platform has all the tools I need for technical
analysis.

Sophisticated scam. Avoid!!
Saw a advert using what I can now see as AI of a well known Money Saving Expert ( name omitted on request of T4trade via Trustpilot) for a possible 2nd income.
It put me through to T4Trade.
Started of with small amount trading in XAU USD ( Gold).
Saw a small profit, was talked into making a larger deposit, Saw a bigger profit on the platform, tried to withdraw it and they conned more money on conversion rates and percentage. Not received my profit and balance in negative by next morning. Seems I'm not the only mug..loads of reviews state the same. They are a world of hurt. AVOID!!

I will add I have recently seen the exact same AI advert straight from the PM's mouth, with the leader of opposition party egging him on in parliament!! That he is keeping it from the British public.

I am sharing my experience to warn other traders. As they now suspended my account as I made a profit and they in a loss.

T4Trade has now sent a “final” response claiming my trades were at “off-market prices” and refusing to restore my confiscated profits. No independent technical evidence (server logs, execution timestamps, or latency reports) has been provided. The action was taken only after I requested withdrawal. The matter remains under dispute with my bank (escalated to senior team), the payment processor (Nuvei), and will be re-escalated to the regulator after the complaint-handling period.

HAVING WRITTEN AN HONEST BUT DAMMING RE A WORD FROM THE CROOKS

This company scams people if you get yourself into it and make any deposit trust me you will never get your money back ,first the will you withdraw a bit money to trick you. I end up losing over 14000£ they trade with your make a lot of money then they tell you have lost all your money when I confront them they came back to me and said I will get 6000£ credit after credited they trade with that money could see a lot of profits coming to the account and all of sadden the the money disappeared from the account and tell you have lost the money and leave 0.01 on the account ,when I contact them and the names of the people dealing with the trading they told me that they don't know the names so be careful there is only scammers there and again they wanted me to request another credit but I told tha there's no point for me to request another credit because I can not get a penny from it instead they should send me an email to explain after that they disappeared they don't pick up my calls. Be careful with metatrade 16. But God will judge them all.

They will harass you and keep calling you to open an account. No other broker does this?

It has been nearly 2 years that I stop dealing with this company for reasons well documented on here.
Despite the passing of time and continually instructing they remove my details from their system they have not

The account as still active and I am receiving on average 6 unwanted calls a day. Despite my best efforts they are using a robocall system.

I hope they pick up this message and do the right thing, and close my account and desist the endless calls.

I have even looked at my account page that I should be able to remove myself but there is no tab to do so.

Edit: Edit: Finally the account is no longer active it remains to be seen if the phone calls stop. If not I will take legal action.

I've been here before but agreed to withdraw my comments as I believed T4Trade were going to settle my complaint. That hasn't happened so I'm back with a brief history and WARNING to others.
HOWEVER IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS IT'S PROBABLY TOO LATE AND YOUR MONEY HAS DISAPPEARED INTO THE ETHER

Like many commentators here I was caught by adverts from a number of prominent, wealthy individuals. I'm a complete novice as far as stocks, shares and commodities are concerned. I was contacted by two people from this firm, Katie Mathews & Adam Jones. (No idea if these are real names or not). I had decided to invest a modest £300 to test the water. Bombarded with calls from Adam who demonstrated what a wonderful job he was doing and showing me a profit. He called a couple of times when I was driving so unable to be in front of a screen.
There were inconsistencies in his phone calls so I started looking and found all these negative comments on Trust Pilot and decided to get out. When I tried to withdraw my money I was fobbed off with excuses I didn't understand. In a final phone call from Adam I told him I was unhappy and wanted to close my account. He insisted his firm & bank were operating legitimately and lost his rag when I disputed this. He told me to close my account and take my money, which was then showing almost £500 in credit. Believe me when I tell you my attempts to do this achieved nothing. Like many I found my balance disappearing at a great rate of knots... I contacted the firm to complain and received the very smooth answer like so many. I was finally offered a payment of £100, as a gesture of goodwill, providing I signed what I can only describe as an NDA. I refused and their offer was increased to £200 under the same condition. I refused again and told them their NDA was onerous. Much to my surprise they came back saying after further review they would pay me £300 if I signed a Settlement Agreement. I sent the agreement to my lawyer for comment but unfortunately she had just taken maternity leave so I was stranded.
Fortunately for me I have a son who is a civil litigator, and a brother who is a police officer. Unfortunately neither can do anything for me because of conflict of interest. However I did receive some advice and wrote a revised Settlement Agreement and sent it to T4Trade. They came back asking for a point by point response to the clauses I didn't like or agree with and some b/s about their legal department had to approve everything. So stalemate. I've been in touch with my bank to seek assistance & contacted the police and can now go to Action Fraud.
My research shows different addresses for this firm in the Seychelles but no direct details. Likewise T4Trade provide no details of the offices from which they operate in London. As a retiree I have all the time in the world to chase these people down and expose them for their sharp practises.
I fail to understand why the FCA have issued alerts about T4Trade but they don't appear to have done anything to shut them down.
I have a file of screenshots and a pile of email exchanges to keep the pressure on and I hope others will do likewise and not give up.

UPDATE JANUARY 15th 2026
T4Trade tried to have this review withdrawn by claiming it was defamatory. The good folk of TRUST PILOT disagreed and my review remains. It seems to be evident T4Trade are concerned about the truth of their questionable business and tactics being exposed.

Analysing several pages of the reviews here one has to question the legitimacy of many 5 star ratings. Out of 10 pages I found an average of 12.5% wewree 5 star. Digging a little I found several reviewers had posted more than one review about T4Trade. It is also noticeable that nearly all the positive reviews don't originate in the UK whereas a majority of the negative reviews do.
In addition to a police investigation I'm surprised none of the media companies have picked up complaints about this firm. Maybe time to make a few calls and write some emails. !!!!!

This company is a total scam company i started of giving the £350 they said would open my account after a week or so they asked me to put more money in as I could see my account was going up maybe they can do this on there side so I invested another £1000 my investment was looking very healthy on some i wouldn't get any updates it would stay stagment i said i wanted to pull out in order to do this i was told i had to pay another £1300 this is when I thought scam said i wasn't giving anymore money the £9000 + i built up with a manager had gone they said the investments i did took all my money but I didn't do the investments i told them I had a manager that's the last i heard from them so don't be dragged in by these scammers because they will push and push till you have no money left i consider myself lucky I only lost £1300 i will get a reply from them that's just to make people think that the company has compassion please don't fall for it i will let you all know the outcome ?????

I went into this with my eyes open and prepared to loose my £1k deposit utilising their AI dealing/betting service. Needless to say lost it all 3 months.

Quite amazing that when I submitted this review they said they could not find an account and so for the record it was 11222146 ... which is now disabled and closed. Also had lots of emails from a G.....N@ who was quite happy to assist me with my deposit at the time.

I started with T4Trade and AI was plugged in, then I quickly realised the user has no control then I was being hounded to add more money. Finally I seeked help and the Police had lots of scam reports as its not FCA protected. I was advised to remove my money and the trades all went wrong and £1K turned into 1p and support were really rubbish. I then get another scammer claiming to be from their recovery department and when asked they cannot even answer whether they have a recovery department, they are not interested at all.

My T4Trade account number is 15171854, I have tried to get in touch with their customer support since they started trying to rubbish my review. I have an account that has 1p balance as I recently lost £1000 as stated, that is a fact and not an attempt to tarnish their names, I tried to send an emai to the address stated and it got rejected and I sent their customer support a message and they fail to reply and just critique my true experience.

I have invested initially £200.00 but before further investment everything gone while gold price has gone up nothing in my account

They just suspended my account and suddenly took all my earnings from these past months because, according to them, I am committing violations. I am extremely angry.
