It is out of service the whole day without any information or warranty. I put many of my files on Nextcloud which aren´t accessible now. Using their services for a cloud seems a bit hazardous.
Really awful. I signed up to try their cloud services like NextCloud and OnlyOffice. It was really easy to setup, but their performance and customer service has been abismal.
Once you sign up for a service, you have a 1-2 hour waiting period while they manually provision your service. My first request went smoothly. The second service, they just didn't bother and it was ignored. After 2 days of waiting, I had to email them to get them to set it up. They took another 48 hours to respond.
I also sought support for clear server performance issues and they took 3 days to respond to an urgent ticket and then responded with automatic "it's your ISP" excuses (it's not my ISP.)
Their live chat is ignored completely. I have never had a response to their live chat support.
I will be migrating to another provider soon.
Too often in maintenance, it makes unusable and not reliable. Latest they encrypted all the files, so when you download them on your computer they are not suitable for any use.
Stop using this service!
