I purchased $970 worth of merchandise from this website on Dec 9th 2020, it is now Dec 13th 2021, I still have not received my order. My order status on their website is still showing “en traitement”. I’ve sent numerous emails to them, got nothing back at all, I also tried to call them, out of the hundreds of calls I made, only two of them got picked up, the first was a couple months ago, the guy on the phone told me that he will look into it and call me back, but I never heard back from him again. The second phone call was last week, it was the same guy from the first time, he told me to call back tomorrow, and I did, they just kept hanging up on me.

I ordered Christofle tableware from this company based on information on their website that the items were in stock and delivery time was promised within 2 weeks.
After I paid them it appeared they had to order the items from Christofle. It took two months.
When, finally, the company sent the items to me, they put incorrect invoice to the parcel and the UK customs charged me VAT, duty and admin fee.
I wrote to the company and asked them
- to help - no help received.
- to repay me VAT which I paid to them originally.
The company promised to repay me, but never did.
Correspondence appeared to be unanswered.
At the same time I contacted Christofle directly and they appeared to be much more helpful.
