Dreadful. Exactly like other recent reviews

Exactly like other recent reviews. Ordered a £575 table, "in stock". Radio silence after ordering.
Amazed when I was told after the 3rd daily call I made that "if I don't get a refund, claim via my bank". That feels illegal to work for a company and tell a customer to claim via their bank

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Like other very recent reviews, I ordered a table tennis table and it never arrived. Automated emails came and then radio silence. I chased multiple times by email and the phone number and was told Steve would call me back. He never did. I raised a dispute with my credit card company and fortunately they have refunded my money. Please be aware that the poor lady who answers the phone when you call the phone online can only email Steve too - she answers the phone on behalf of multiple companies, is not part of Tabletennis365 and just forwards messages to Steve. I would avoid at all costs and wish I could leave a zero star review.

I would give this company 0 if…

I would give this company 0 if possible. I placed an order on 23rd March for a pair of table tennis shoes. Money was taken from my account on 24th March and now one month later I have received nothing. I have emailed the company four times and not had any response at all. I phoned and was told they couldn’t find me on the portal and that someone would call me back. They didn’t. I am now trying to instigate a bank chargeback.

Shocking service.

Shocking service.
Ordered trainers, glue and balls on 7th march, got a call to say it would be a little late. Lady over the phone just keeps saying they cant get hold of him but he's very active on facebook. 24th april and still nothing so am requesting refund through the bank.
Accounts overdue on gov site so guessing problems are arising.
Do not order as they will take your money and not deliver.

I ordered and paid for a table tennis…never delivered

I ordered and paid for a table tennis table on 30th March, saying 3 days delivery. I got an acknowledgement by e mail the same day.

It's 21st April now. Never had any correspondence from them. I sent two e mails to customer services never answered.

I've now rung 5 times, the last two times to ask for a refund. Every time a telephone call handler promises they will get the request to their manager

NOTHING. I'm now having to start procedures with my credit card company.

AVOID!

Very Poor - No communication and no goods received

Ordered a table tennis top on 6th April its now 21st April. Said 10 days delivery. Had no update about this order. Rang 3 times now and saying the same thing "chasing with Steve (Pound)/the team!". Had no call back and no positive info. Still waiting for a response from Table Tennis 365 about the purchase. I won't be ordering anything from them again as they take your money and not provide the goods or communicate with you when you haven't received it. Think twice!!!

Disgusting company to deal with - Avoid at all costs

Disgusting company to deal with. Avoid and buy somewhere else.

Back in December 2025 Steve Pound (the owner) came to visit a TT club where my son plays to show his blades, clothing etc for sale. We decided on a bat and was told to order now so it arrived in time for Christmas.

I chased them a week beofre christmas only to be told thayt Steve was off ill and I wouldnt be receiving the bat in time for Christmas. They said it would be with me first week of January. That came and went so I called again and asked for refund. Steve said it would be refunded in a week.

Now in March still no refund. Called customer services who just say send an email it will be done but never happens.

Exemplary service and excellent product

We chose TableTennis365 based on customer service reviews - and we haven't been disappointed. Steve has been communicative throughout the entire process, going above and beyond by keeping in touch even while on holiday. We had a problem with the initial table but this was efficiently and courteously dealt with and a replacement table was dispatched immediately. At all times we have felt valued as customers. We are delighted with the service and the quality of the product.
