I have used these guys for over 5yrs now, I love the cases they sell, they are easy to carry, they do customisable options or preset case options ( I have bought a custom case and further customised the storage trays myself), the cases themselves are sturdy, well built and are great for storing and transporting minis, game boxes and even storing scenery between thin layers of foam.

They always come well packaged and the postage options are good too. Mine came by dpd the 2nd day after it was posted.

I have 15+ cases and will still need more in the future but they are awesome and house all the multiple WH armies I own. 5/5⭐️

I ordered the biggest case they sell, with two extra foam trays on top.

Honestly 4* feels a little harsh, but my experience was not perfect, hence 5* also felt inappropriate.

Regarding the case itself, it is well built and sturdy, with a nice weight to it. It doesn't feel premium, but also doesn't feel cheap, which is fair enough given the price.

Now for a few minor issues that prevented me giving a 5* review.

1) Presumably because I ordered extra foam on top of the biggest case they sell, they did not have a box big enough to fit everything. So, the big cardboard box was cut up and a smaller box taped on top of it to extend the height. This looked like something I'd expect from an eBay seller rather than a sizeable business. Personally I'd have preferred if they used two separate boxes (if they don't have one that fit everything) and maybe taped the two boxes together on the outside for the sake of courier fees.

2) More significantly, there was no packaging covering the case or the extra foam inside the cardboard box. I expected at least a plastic bag to keep the case clean and protect the foam.

3) As a result, as I opened the box with scissors, despite taking care (because the foam was packed right up to the seal and unprotected), I ended up damaging the underside of one of the extra foam trays I ordered. It does not affect functionality, but it doesn't feel nice to damage something brand new.

4) I made a last minute alteration (by phone) to my custom tray order after getting advice from Tabletop Tyrant's Facebook group. A small mistake was made in the actual trays I got (2x 35mm Mixed Infantry instead of the 2x 40mm Mixed Infantry that I asked for). This is not a big deal as agreeing to an alteration after I had made my order already was a courtesy in the first place, but ofc it'd have been nice to have got exactly what I asked for.

5) I was surprised to see glue overspill on 2 or 3 of the trays I got. I own 2 second hand Tabletop Tyrant cases already and never seen this before, so it was a bit surprising to see a problem with a brand new order. Again, this issue does not affect functionality at all, it just doesn't look particularly nice.

So, in summary, the product is fantastic, especially given its pricing as somewhere between a cheap homemade option and more extravagent cases that cost £200+

Customer service is friendly and helpful, but a perfect experience was ruined by small issues with packaging and presumably how the trays were glued together.

Incredibly quick to ship the product especially during Black Friday sales. I’ve shopped from these guys many times and their customer service is always great. If you’re ever in Leicester I would recommend visiting their store.

Great overall quality of product. I’ve bought Tyrant Cased previously and was really happy with them so purchased again. I was delighted to find that they had since been improved further with sturdy panel inserts to protect the contents as well as both internal and external pockets for storing rules, dice, books etc.

Have had great experiences using tabletop tyrant. Bags are great, I have the dreadnought one and it has plenty of room for dice, books and any other extras. Also great customer service both phone and email and very speedy to rectify any issues.
