I ordered a case for a Kindle paperwhite and received a cheap knockoff. After emailing them they react promptly appologise and tell me that they send the correct case ASAP. After 2 weeks they no longer reply and did not send the case i ordered. Logged a dispute with Paypal now to get my money back.
