Fraudulent company. They shut down your account without giving a valid reason and run away with your money. Both advertisers and publishers should avoid them at all costs

Taboola Is A SCAM (In My Eyes Here's Why...)

Taboola Is A Joke. I Have Been Reaching Out To Them For Many Months Asking For Simple Assistance With Policy Questions Regarding My Unique Situation And They Won't Even Mention Why They Rejected My Ad.

It's A Topic That Google Display Network Allows Yet With Taboola The Topic Seems To Be A Problem And Even Then I Can't Reach Anyone For Simple Guidance. Even through their "contact support" form that doesn't work.

As Far As I Am Concerned Taboola Is A Scam.

They Took My Money Knowing What My Ad Content Was, And Didn't Reject My Ad Until After I Loaded The Account With Cash And Started Paying For The Campaign and Service.

If Taboola Wants To Address My Issue NOW, Because I Left A Bad Review.... That's fine.

more and more websites are using taboola scam clickbait ads, using interstitial pages when you press the back button

it's very annoying, it's a loss of time, and you must push several times the back button

I recommend using ad blockers

This service sucks

This service sucks. As you can already imagine, you shouldn't use this service at all. Probably low-quality traffic and I can assure that the review and support team suck. The only real thing are the ratings on here.

This company is a scam - AVOID

This company is a scam. I signed up without reading reviews (major mistake) and within a few hours I started getting visitors to my website. Quite a lot too, but I noticed that these visitors were not staying for me than 2 seconds. They were also not interacting with the site etc. I know this because of a live chat tool that shows me the live actions of visitors on my website. It soon became clear to me Taboola was just sending bots. So I immediatly contacted their customer support to stop the ads and delete my account (as its quite hard to do so manually on their website). They stopped the ads and deleted my account but then attempted to charge my bank card £50 - 14TIMES. Yes FOURTEEN times in a span of 6 hours. I know this because I get notification every time they try. It has now been 3 weeks and every day they attempt to charge my card. Anyway I have emailed support every other day and get no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

REAL scam guys

REAL scam guys. NEVER trust them. They are cheaply looting people. with cheap tricks.

I'm editing again. I paid them money for ads. And after payment I just could not understand what was happening. I didn't get any access to any dash board. I just could not make out what was happening with my money. Somehow made it to asking them for a refund. Which I successfully got back.

Scam company

Scam company. For 3 years our company has tried to simply open an account on Taboola, but after sending us a password we can never log on.

3 YEARS WE'VE WASTED OUR TIME WITH TABOOLA.

They lost maybe $350,000 in business with us that went to Facebook and Google. Taboola is just AWFUL.

ROBBERS!

Saw their advert on Instagram, filled out their swipe data capture, signed up for £50 maximum limit, for click to a page on my website to see how it went.

When I finally got logged into my taboola account the advert campaign was set at £1550 - so they would have used the full £1550 if I had not notice it and deleted my card details.

TOTAL SCAMMERS..... SIGN UP FOR £50 AND THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN £1550 UNLESS YOU NOTICED.

Never click on Taboola/Outbrain scam…

Never click on Taboola/Outbrain scam ads.

Most of it is random leftover medicines (heart medicine et cetera) being relabeled as miracle cures yet circumventing government approval. You better hope that they only took your money and ran. Never buy medicine outside of approved pharmacies.

The ads promising that you will become rich quick are also scams. If someone had a perfect recipe for success, that person would just borrow money and reinvest until the market is dilluted. If they just want your identity for something, you may become a scapegoat for money laundering and end up in prison.

No support phone number / Never answer…

No support phone number / Never answer their emails. Their website is full of useless content. You can't even target a page on your site. You can't see what the ad looks like before it goes live. I've no idea how this is even a real company.

Sneaky tactics

This company send you an email to offer their services and if you don't reply, they rate your own customer service system badly (within 2 days may I add and at a time like this). Unprofessional, unhelpful and definitely put off by the pettiness, if nothing else.

I keep getting Taboola sponsored scam adverts

Speaking as the recipient of Taboola sponsored content, rather than as someone who deals directly with them, I am not happy with the awful junk with which they infest my email homepage.
The content I receive consists almost entirely of PPI claim "services", and scam adverts promoting binary options/forex trading/bitcoin trading sites: these adverts use fake testimonials from celebrities, such as Lord Sugar and Richard Branson, and fake TV spots/reviews.
