Tackle Fanatics is my go-to fishing store. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and the selection of fishing equipment is impressive. My online order was processed smoothly and shipped promptly.

Prices are competitive, but customer service falls way short of acceptable when things go wrong. Staff seem to be inexperienced when it comes to basic customer service skills and incredibly lacking in their written communication skills. On reflection, I'd rather pay the RRP and get what I ordered, without having to spend my time sorting out their errors, trying to decipher emails or chasing for replies. As an aside, I note there is a common theme behind a lot of the poor reviews, where they advertise goods they don't have, send a something else and clearly cross their fingers the recipient doesn't complain. I pointed out no less than three times that they were falsely advertising something on their website. They ignored my feedback and continued to say they had a certain product in stock, which they very clearly didn't. Personally, I would not recommend this company; there's something 'not quite right' with the way they do business and like I said, just because they're cheaper, it doesn't make them better. In summary: questionable sales tactics and very poor customer service.

BE CAREFULL!!, placed two orders recently, both rods the handles had unsightly dents in the cork handles, 2nd order they sent me a reel that sounded like a mouse was running round inside it, sent it back they said nothing wrong with it, said the squeaking noise was just the bearings working.Closing down shortly, not surprised, you know how good a company is when you have a problem, and these are the worst I've dealt with. I've had to file a complaint with Paypal to get my full refund.

Rods, Bite Indication etc. Everytime a very fast delivery, if there was a problem, no Problem with a Phone call, and everything was ok.
