Poor Poor Poor Customer Support
This was the 2nd time I've tried to do business with this company. Should have learned from the previous experience. I was fixing to make a purchase and sent in a request for a price match (which they advertise that they do) and got a response the next morning saying that they would honor it. So I responded back that, ok, I would make the purchase. About an hour or so later they said they could process online with me. I got on their chat ( opens from 11-3 M-F EST) I spent pretty much all day trying to chat with someone...the original person Gregorio would never respond back. I had to GOOGLE for their support phone number to try and call them. Got a answering machine saying that they would call me back ASAP. Yeah right!. I finally sent a last text stating that if they didnt want to business with me, just let me know...no problem. Still no response. I finally gave up and got what I wanted at a cheaper price (MUCH CHEAPER!!!) from another online retailer and will have it in 2 days. In a way Tacoma Beast did me a favor. Their lack of customer service and inability to handle their own customer just drove me to a better deal. So thank you Tacoma Beast.. lesson learned.
