Fantastic company that look after customers
Fantastic company. I have bought several NOTI umbrellas over the years for myself and friends. I was out one night in December and some maniac decided to try to break mine as I said it was indestructible. He stamped on it, jumped on it, kicked it. It didn't break but it did stop opening. The umbrella was 15 years old and used daily so a bit tatty anyway. I chucked it in the bin and ordered a new one. When I told Arnold the tale he said to get it out of the bin and send it back and he'd take a look. It was indeed irreparable but he offered me a replacement at a very reasonable price which I was more than happy with. What I like is the way they back the product. I was informed all along the way. The products are absolutely top notch. I can't recommend the umbrellas enough. They're expensive but last forever. And if you have a problem they're backed up by great people with real integrity. Fast shipping. Great comms. The best.
