Very Poor Customer Service
Despite updating my default address on my account page (and also with ShopPay) item was delivered to my old house which is currently vacant- parcel was left by the front door & wasn't there when I went to the property.
Contacted TacTree 'Customer Services' (Craig); email exchange was far from satisfactory- I'm now £130 down & don't have my item!
I've been a customer of both TacTree & MedTree since the company was originally formed and I have to say I am highly disappointed to say the least.
