The delivery was extremely fast

The delivery was extremely fast, so I gave 1 star. However, when I started connecting it, I noticed some dirt or mold in the LAN ports. Also, one of the LAN cables isn't working. The Android TV has Google Assistant, but it's impossible to connect and use the TV remote with the built-in microphone. I paid 60 euros per month for internet with speeds up to 100 Mbps, as they claimed. But in reality, the maximum speed over the past 3 days has been 10 Mbps, and today it’s down to 1 Mbps. I checked the internet coverage in my area, and every Belgian provider offers 5G around me, so I’m in a good spot. All the green lights on the modem are glowing, so everything should be perfect. Unfortunately, I cannot upload photos of my research. Support told me their hands are tied, and if you order these services, buy the 20-euro plan and just do a speed test. I can assure you that it will be less than 30 Mbps. If the problem is fixed, I will add one more star, but I don’t think it’s worth 3 stars yet.

I would not take it even if it would cost €5/month

I got the Tadaam service thinking that even if it's going to be slow I still can use it. I need it for calls and occasional browsing. It's safe to say that I would not recommend it for anything. Today the connection dropped every 15 minutes for 10-20 seconds. It comes back but imagine if you're in a call. I still have it for the flexibility of the monthly contract otherwise it would have been gone a long time ago. Its ultra expensive for what it offers.

Please let me change the wifi settings, I'm begging you. This "error" has been going on for half a year if not longer. Maybe it's a marketing strategy to get more people to know Tadaam, so you can't change the network name.

Tadaam is a great initiative when it works , but on the other hand the customer service needs an urgent update , if ur device does not work its close to impossible to resolve this issue right away because u cant call and the only option is to be patient when u are hoping u can to get hold of an agent , because the autobots on whatsapp are not helpfull at all . Other then that its a convenience u dont need to install its wireless and u can take it along with u if u have a powersocket it works, please update youre customer service that would be worth the subscription fee they have to pay!

Works well for us

I read these reviews when deciding on an internet provider in Brussels and was a bit discouraged. I decided to try Tadaam as a temporary measure when another provider let us down after a month of waiting. I ordered the boxes around 8pm and received them the next morning. The installation was straightforward and the Wi-Fi coverage in our triplex is more than sufficient for our needs. The tv box occasionally can’t connect to the Ethernet, hence the four stars.

I appreciate others have had different experiences, but we’re happy enough with it that we don’t see any need to change.

Tadaam really sucks !!!!

Tadaam really sucks !!!!
I stopped the subscription and now they reactivate it again without my permission. The next day I wrote them an email, but after 4 back and forward emails I gave up, not a satisfying answer.
In the meantime they are taking money from my account. I cannot stop it.
I write them again through the virtual assistant and the whatsapp nr, but it is really frustrating talking to a robot who doesn't reply to my questions and keeps sending me "make a choice out of the 3 following options".

at the beginning all ok but then ..........

Received very fast - and install instruction was quite easy.
but the I wanted to change the password of the internet and that's not possible. logged a case but no answer anymore. every 2 days sending me a mail to evaluate and if I don't respond the ticket is closed!!!

Waste of 40 Euros. Pathetic and Arrogant customer care

It is simply a waste of 40 euros. They ask to pay all the 40 euros in advance. Later on their internet will never work. The speed will be in kbps!! I contacted several times their customer care who refused to give me refund even though I used it only for 7days and had unsubscribed from Thier pathetic connection

Worst thing I ever tried, First they ship the box at the wrong address, Then the wrong Box.
And finnaly when I get the right one it doesn't even work, I ve be trying to get help via Mail for 6days but It's probably BOTS cause the help os worth nothing

I haven't experienced something like this in my life.

They don't reply on support messages and they are not eager to solve problems.

I have paid several months for the service. But never received the device.
There is no willingness to solve this issue or provide a payback.

Watch out signing up for Tadaam if you want to have a trusted internet provider. Would not recommend it for people who work at home or have a business.

P.S. The technology can be good. But we never received the device.
