Superb product and service.
This company did a superb job. I purchased a pent shed for my daughter who is on her own. After deciding what I wanted from the web site, I called and a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman talked me through my order. He was professional, efficient and helpful with suggested improvements to my specification - sadly I failed to note his name. The shed was built and available for delivery / installation in the timeframe given at the time of ordering despite being the busy holiday period. The installation team (2 gentleman I believe) arrived on time and on the day we booked. As I said, my daughter is on her own so I am always concerned when she has tradesman visit but all my concerns were unfounded this time. They were also very professional, efficient, polite and did an excellent job of the installation. Her garden was left in perfect condition with no rubbish or debris of any kind. The quality of the shed is first rate, far better than any others I saw at a similar price. The support batons are really robust and are made of good quality timer. Everything has been fitted together really well. I upgraded the exterior wood finish and went for a framed door so I could fit a secure lock. Its all great quality and worth the money (if a shed is ever worth (£1,000 - lol). So in summary, a simple easy buying experience, a quality product supported by a quality installation service. If i have one opportunity to improve, it is to have more sheds available to see in a showroom setting. We saw a limited number at a garden centre, I don't know if I could have seen more anywhere else.
