I cannot recommend ordering from this…

I cannot recommend ordering from this shop.
My order, placed on 22 June, has still not been fulfilled. Despite sending two reminder emails to Hospitality Discounter, I have received no response whatsoever.
Payment was made by Visa card. I will be contacting Visa and my insurance company today to initiate the refund process.
I am extremely disappointed, as I have ordered from this shop before without any problems.
Based on my current experience, I can no longer recommend this retailer and would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.
