Very pleased with the new superlite conservatory roof. Tom provided an excellent service from begining to the end. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

Tom and his team were very hard working neat and tidy, the rubbish was cleared from site each day, they were punctual, and kept us informed of progress though out the job.
We now have a wonderfull new roof on our conservatory which makes the room usable through out the year.

From initial contact to completion communication with TAF was excellent.

We had been considering getting windows and facia boards for our house which we had lived in for almost 30 years, we looked around on various web sites , asked friends and family for recommendations….we had at least 2 other quotations before Tom Foulkes from TAF home improvement came to visit and did a survey.
Tom was extremely thorough with his measurements and survey he took time to reassure us that he had plenty of experience even though his own company was relatively new!
Tom was given the job on the basis that he could provide references from previous clients, we followed up these and even visited one of his clients to confirm the quality!

Tom and his assistant Andy started the job when the weather was cold and wet in January 2021, they observed all aspects of Covid 19 rules and worked diligently and used PPE and were socially distanced at all times.
Each window was installed keeping the associated work to the minimum, we observed the quality of fixing materials and the professional finish that Tom & Andy gave to each window, the work was completed in the allotted time and we had very little disruption in the process.

When the job was complete Tom give us all the documentation associated with his workmanship and explained the guarantee that supported the installation, we had one patio door that needed some adjustments after Tom had completed the work , Tom was back within 24 hours to make the necessary adjustments!
It’s been over a year now since the job was completed, our house is better insulated, quieter and lots of friends and family have commented on how fabulous the new windows and facias look,we would not hesitate to recommend TAF’s to any potential clients.

Really pleased with my new Residence 9 windows & my folding sliding doors. They have transformed my house.
I had good advice from Tom on the selection of window types & the subsequent installation was to a very good standard.
I was especially impressed with the making good & finishing around the window reveals. (re-plastered, no unsightly cover trims)

We initially contracted Tom for replacement windows and doors, but eventually had him doing everything from lead flashing to re-pointing. The fit and finish of his work is second to none. We're approaching 4 years since the first job he did for us and it still looks as good as the day it was finished. He is a very hard worker, and always left the place tidier than he found it. Great communication and reliability too- I cerainly wouldn't hesitate to call him back.

TAF Home Improvements came when they said would come. Have replaced 3 external doors, installed a number of new frames and new units.
Tom is professional and was completed to my absolute perfection with minimum mess and disruption. I would highly recommend him and his team and will use again if required. 5*****

Tom did a great job from start to finish, with great attention to detail. He installed all the doors and windows in our newly built log cabin including a monster of a window with a single piece of glass at 3.8meters. Quite a feat!

When some of the windows were dismantled by other tradesmen to enable them to work on the cabin he returned to site and painstakingly put everything back to how it was, he even ensured all my small requests and tweaks to things were addressed.

The windows are amazing, he did a fantastic job from start to finish and I thoroughly recommend him.

Tom has done several jobs for us. Both installing new doors and windows and fixing problems with existing ones. Any minor problems or concerns he can be counted on to address promptly. We are extremely happy with the work he has done and already recommended him to others.
