Extremelly bad site. Don’t never buy something from this site. A bourght shoys of size 7. They sent me a size 5 and it’s have been 4 months that i sent back the wrong size shoes and they want to give back my money and they do not answer to my questions. Extremelly bad service costumer.

Do not order!
Absolutely bad quality.
No possible get refunds.

This company does not even deserve one star. Same story as everyone else:
1.Took over 3 months to get my shoes.
2. Sent the wrong sizes and colors
3. Customers service took forever to respond. And refused to refund my money.
4. To return the shoes would have cost me more then my order.
Don't order from this company!!!! I am out $180.00

Same story... I got scammed for $175. Ordered 4 pairs of shoes, took almost 3 months to receive anything and nothing I actually ordered was received. And yes... the shoes were total knock off cheap product made in China. Refuse to return money or accept a return. Should have read reviews first:(

DO NOT order from them!! The shoes took over 2 months to be delivered. When they finally came, one pair was the wrong color and SIZE, making them unusable. Emails to Tafola customer service were exchanged, asking for them to ship the correct order, or refund my money. Their best offer was an $8 gift card, to be used on another order. To return the shoes I CAN'T USE, I would have to pay nearly as much in return shipping, PLUS a "reconditioning fee", even though the shoes had never been worn. Bottom line - this company is committing nothing more than organized THEFT!

An absolute scam of a company. Marketing looks slick and they use large, flashy discounts on products we all know and like, BUT THEY ARE ALL FAKE KNOCK OFFS, and take forever to get to the US because they are made and shipped from China. Nothing is what it appears. I tried to work with customer service for a refund and its not worth the effort. Buyer beware!

Like everyone else, I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered shoes for vacation a month in advance. I contacted customer service time after time again looking for an ETA and did not get a response. After realizing my vacation shoes would not arrive in time, I again tried to contact customer service to cancel my order and again I was met with no reply. 2-weeks after returning from vacation, the shoes arrived. But that is not the worst, they are all the wrong sizes!! I again tried to contact customer service to see if I could get an address to send them back, but once again, no reply. Terrible, terrible, terrible and you know it, terrible company.

I ordered a pair of shoes size 9 and they sent me an 8! I asked for a refund and they ignore my mails. I filled a complainwith paypal. They said i should send back the product and pay for the shipping which can be at least 20$. I dont want to pay for their mistake!!!! 😠

Scammed by these guys took my money never got the goods now working with PayPal to try and get my money back. Beware the are a FRAUD.

They are the worst of my experiences. It's been 2 months and I have not received my order. I keep receiving "cut & paste" responses every time I make an inquiry about my order.

If there was a zero star review I would select it. It took 2 months to receive my order. I ordered 2 different colors of shoes, they sent me 2 identical pairs. The sizing does not lineup, neither pair fit. Their response....

“We feel sorry to hear this.
There is no other customers report, thus we believe the size is standard.
The returned shipping charge is expensive, please kindly note that you need pay for it since it is not our fault.
Is it possible you keep it? Maybe you can pass it to your family or friend as gift.
As you are a good customer, we can refund $5 gift card as compensation.You can use it to buy suitable new one again.”

It took 2+ months to receive the shoes. I ordered 8.5 they sent me 7.5
I emailed to ask how to return. I sent pics of what I received. This is the email I got from Tafola:
Dear customer,

The size is the same size 39.
Please don't worry.
Is it possible you keep it? Maybe you can pass it to your family or friend as gift.
As you are a good customer, we can refund $5 gift card as compensation.You can use it to buy suitable new one again.

This company is a joke! I wish I had done more research before ordering. Do not order from this company!

I wrote a review 5 days ago and said I would write another review if I ended up pleasantly surprised. If you view my other post you'll see if took months for the shoes to arrive. They are finally here. They look and feel great and amazingly, they fit. However, I will never order from them again; took way to long to get shipping info and by all the bad reviews about items being too small, I'm not going to risk it. I got lucky this time!

Do not order shoes from this company!!!The prices seem excellent HOWEVER, they send you the wrong sizes. When you try to address the issue and provide them with pictures of what you received, they blow you off and say give the shoes to a family member and they will give you $5 off your next order.

Well it's been two months now and I still don't have my shoes. But here's the real kicker, Paypal WOULD NOT refund my money. So buyer be very aware here.
Apparently I have to reach out to the company to get my refund. I have tried for 3 weeks and have emailed every couple days with still no reply. I am now going through my credit card company to hopefully get my money back. Time will tell.

Scam company! Cannot reach to return a pair of shoes that is too small. No phone number. FB link on their return page does not work. Sent an email to two different addresses with no luck. Filed a complaint with BBB. I am kicking myself for now researching this company first.

What a joke. Kicking myself for not doing my research and wish I had of come across this site before purchasing as would have taken all of the advise on here and gone elsewhere.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
If you message them you will get a standard response stating "due to high popularity of this product we have large orders so your shipment may take longer"... pfft 8 weeks later and still no shipping details received..

Don't waste your time or your money. The website says that orders ship within 5-20 days. I have been waiting for my order for 2 months now. All customer service tells me is that they are sorry for the delay and they will provide shipping information ASAP, but they never have yet. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. It's fortunate that I used PayPal, because at least I have recourse.

Complete scam company. Broken English response from customer service with repeated unkept promises of delivery. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!

Worst customer service ever, have requested an answer 6 times since receiving the wrong size in all 3 pairs of shoes I ordered. Can Not get an answer from anyone at this company. Beware of purchasing!!!!
