TAGGRS is fantastic!

TAGGRS is the tool we use to set up server-side tracking on all our clients. It works great for GA4, Google Ads, and Meta. That's what we use it for most but I know it can be used anywhere. Their support team is fantastic. They're always willing to hop on a call to help you with any issues you are having. I would highly recommend them. They also have a great offer in terms of what the server costs.

Great support

Great support!

Can't cancel subscription online.

While the service itself works as expected, the lack of a clear and self-service subscription cancellation option is unacceptable. Requiring users to contact support and then email to cancel creates unnecessary friction and goes against modern consumer protection standards and SaaS best practices.

Thank you for your feedback. In the past we have had a number of customers cancel the subscription, when they didn’t understand the impact on data loss on all the connected platforms. Especially since we work with a lot of agency clients, whom tracking is managed by the agency. For this reason we choose to build in an extra security step to make sure cancellations are happening for the right reason.

Awesome as always

Hard to decide on a SST provider. Happy I choose TAGGRS.

I am based in Norway and I struggled to find a reliable, high-quality SST provider until I found TAGGRS.

From the first conversation, my experience has been good. Especially Maurice stood out as extremely helpful and proactive, and every interaction with the team was pleasant and professional.

On price quality, TAGGRS offered the best value when you look at a long term collaboration. We also hired TAGGRS for implementation (an additional fee), which was executed excellently and on schedule. The after-sales service has been just as strong: responsive, thorough, and solution oriented.
