This is very annoying.
They scammed me by refusing my $500 withdrawal (they refused my withdrawal for some ridiculous reason). Although they didn't block my account, it made me feel uncomfortable.

Scam broker, my withdrawal was rejected without any clear reason

My experience with Tag Markets was very disappointing. Trading was fine at first, but serious issues started when I requested a withdrawal. The process was delayed repeatedly with unclear and unreasonable explanations from support.
In the end, my account was restricted and later removed without proper notice. The lack of transparency and responsibility made this a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this broker.

I have been using tag markets for few months and now recently tried to make a significant of withdrawal of my earnings 13k$ the process started fine but then my request was repeatedly put on hold for review i reached out for support multiple times but the response was very vague. After my last attempt to get update on my funds i found I could not longer login my account is suspended.i didn't receive any formal email about this account suspension and where my funds would go. It's very distressing to should loose access to such large amount of capital without clear reason if you are planning to extreme large volume here "PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS ABOUT THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS"

You make a deposit, they grant you the bonus, you trade, they deny your payment. And so is the case with everyone here, honestly I'm tired of these scam brokers.

Very Bad experience with this Broker. They cancel my Withdraw Request‘s always without a comment or reason.
Withdraw is requested to same Bank Account from which I have done the Deposit.
Update 16.02.2026:
I have contacted the Support again (5th Time) why they have canceled my payout request, but the Support isn’t able to answer that question since 36 Hours.
Absolutely not reliable.

Update 17.02.2026: Surprise! Today, support replied that my withdrawal is not possible to the bank account I used to deposit, because my withdrawal must be made via cryptocurrency. No reason was given. So they're creating a reason for not being able to withdraw via crypto, because their own rule states that withdrawals must first be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Update 19.02.2026: I´m absolutely surprised. The Withdraw by Crypto was paid out. I have improved my assessment to 3 Stars.
Only 3 Stars because the Support is not so good and you have always to transmit questions a few times.....

I am so happy that a friend recommended TagMarkets to me. I am actually stunned at the profits I have made from the copy trading section in the last 3 months. Withdrawing to a crypto wallet is very easy and customer support is there to help if you get suck with anything. Tip: attend the zoom meetings to better understand how the copy trading works.

The support provided by Tag Markets was inadequate and did not meet expectations. The process was affected by prolonged response times, lack of follow-up, and unclear communication, which caused delays and confusion throughout the handling of the case.

The assigned agent, Jorge, acted negligently in managing the request, providing delayed and vague responses that did not contribute to an appropriate resolution. Overall, the experience was negative, and based on what occurred, I do not recommend the services of this broker.

I deposited $1000 traded in made profit request requested $1250 and they denied the withdrawal. It’s been about three months and they still won’t let my money out. I’ve done nothing wrong.

Negative Reviews:
First they've low leverage and also a big margin in gold 40$ plus using 0.01 lot size. I made a deposit of 100$ received a 100$ bonus made a profit submit a withdrawal withdrawal is rejected remove my all of profits and return my only initial deposit in my account. I even trade in USDJPY instead of XAUUSD still they're doing this so conclusion is stay away from this broker and keep you hard earned money safe. ❌ ❌ ❌

They did not deposit my money after three weeks, each try to contact them did not bring anything at all.

Edit: after 4 weeks the problem was solved.

I deposit 500$ and get 500$ deposit bonus, I trade profit 600$ and withdraw but they refuse. This broker is really scam. They don't give evidence and even challenge to sue. Everyone should stay away, protect your money don't invest in this broker.
