Horrible customer service
If I could give it a zero I would. Customer service stinks. After waiting on the phone for 15 minutes finally somebody came onto the phone. I cannot get any information as to where my order is. They would not allow me to cancel my order. I would never buy from this company again.

Awful company - avoid at all cost!
I placed an order in early December for a set of 4 wallet trackers. I then realised that they didn't work on android phones and that I had also been charged for warranties that I didn't want, so I immediately tried to cancel the order. I was told the same as everyone else, that it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been packed and despatched for shipping, but that I could return the items when I received them. (This is one of the reasons why you’ll have 30 days to return the items for a full refund. We’ll make the sure that, if you wish to return the items, we'll help you at every step of the way and make that process easy as to not cause any more dissatisfaction. So please don't hesitate to contact us once the order is delivered). I still hadn't received the order after Christmas so I contacted them again numerous times and said that the order had obviously got lost in the post. They just kept replying 'sorry for the inconvienience, it is in transit and we will get it to you as soon as possible'. The trackers eventually turned up on 10th January. All of my emails sent to them since 8th January bounced back for various different reasons. When I clicked on their link to get the address to return the items, the link takes you to a page saying 'this site can't be reached'. I am now trying to get my money back through my credit card company.
Was overcharged for purchase
Was overcharged for purchase. Got through to nice people at their customer service and they were powerless to address it. Their only option is to return for refund. There were no return instructions in the package, CS said you had to ask for them to be emailed, which I requested 3 times. All I got in return was request to complete survey without return instructions. Their website is misleading and once they get your money, they ghost you. Three of my emails to them resulted in a reply from Google that their mailbox was full!! Won't be a repeat customer and will not refer anyone.
Scam - avoid at all costs
While checking out I was offered to consider an offer of another discounted card - I clicked on it to understand more and I was immediately charged for it. An obvious scam and dark pattern that I'm pretty sure is illegal under EU regulations. I tried contacting customer service to get the order cancelled and was told this is impossible due to the order having already left the warehouse. The confirmation email said it was shipped and I'd receive tracking information within a few days. One of the emails said the order was out for delivery. The CS person I was in contact with for weeks admitted that in fact the order was never shipped (a week later) but was still impossible to cancel. He said I would have to return it upon receipt. It took three weeks to receive my order with no tracking having been shared until the last days and no real update on the status until then.
As soon as I received it I've been trying to the package but all of my emails have been coming back undelivered - with the delivery daemon saying that the recipients inbox is full. Hands down an absolute scam. I'm trying to contact both Commerce Core and Tagsley customer service teams but so far to no avail. I've never had such a poor ecom experience.
LIES and INCOMPETENCE
Same story as others, lies, deception. Paid for extended warranty no idea (nor does Google) how long that lasts and doubt they would honour it.
Trying to return product has been a nightmare but I persisted sending almost daily emails. Think the "customer sedvice " get bonus for not answering your question. You will deal with a different person each time. All in all go elsewhere.
