A scam company! DO NOT USE!!
NOT what is displayed on the advertisement!
A thick, flat, perspex plastic with printed hearts stuck on it.
NOT 3D as displayed.
NOT polished.
There is a small bit in the moulding on the bottom which appears to be for fitting into a base plate so the item will stand upright.
Otherewise it won't stand verticle.
I have written to them and asked where this baseplate is. I await their reply.
Classification, JUNK! Poor made item.
No baseplate to attach this plaque so it won't stand upright.

Item received looked nothing like the item ordered. Two stickers on the front of decoration left sticky marks which cannot get off. Use this site at your own peril.

Disgraceful company don't even deserve 1 star!! Scammed my mother £35 with a keyring that isn't what is advertised, then have the cheek to say she needs to pay 20 USD to return it and wait a month for a refund! So not order from these, avoid at all cost!

Took ages to deliver, missed my wifes birthday. Item was trash went in the bin. What a waste of money, avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting on a cushion with my little dog photo on it there has been no word from them as to when it will arrive money been taken from my bank account

Waited weeks for delivery, photo in jewellery couldn’t be seen properly, contact them and they said from photos I sent of the completed product the quality was good- I never sent them any photos so I guess this is just a standard reply. So poor I didn’t give it to the person it was ment for as it was embarrassing. Don’t use !!

Ordered and paid £21 for what looked like two hearts which could have names on them. Lovely video showing them. Weeks later I received a sticker inside an acrylic shape. An additional rectangle of acrylic was enclosed to stand it in. I was shocked at the absolutely rubbish item. Four emails and no reply. Website links for returns/refunds do not work. I involved PayPal and the company agreed to refund me if I sent the item back. Over £10 at my expense to return it!! I contacted them twice asking for a returns label as the item was not as described so they need to refund me at their expense. No reply. PayPal will not refund me as I have not returned the item. Disreputable company. Reported to Facebook. Trading under other names too.

I placed an order and the money has gone from my bank account. A week after I placed the order I emailed to tell them I had not received a confirmation email. They said they can't find my order and could I send the order number from the confirmation. I again told them I didn't receive a confirmation but sent a screenshot showing the money leaving my bank. Told them if they can't find my order then I want my money refunded. Now waiting for a response

SCAM Placed order for £24 for what I thought was a highland cow figurine but received a bit of plastic with a sticker on it worth about £3

SCAM don't buy from this company, no registered address on website, do not reply to emails no way to return faulty items, items also not sent SCAM
Now relayed saying it's already in production, I emailed immediately after purchase, literally 2 minutes after SCAM

Ordered what the advert potrays as a highly polished piece of carved wooden figures (man and a woman) holding a jewel, what you recieve is a piece of plastic with a sticker on the front...Waited weeks and weeks for it as a gift for my wife... as soon as I saw it I threw it away as I didnt want to give her something of such poor quality.. Avoid at all costs..

Scam its shows a piece of polished wood its false they send a piece of plastic with a sticker picture on it absolute rubbish its a con trick avoid this company at all cost
