After initial problems with delivery and no response, I have since dealt with a lady called Vera at the company who has corresponded with me and made sure I got my order. I've ordered more materials after Vera restored my faith in the company
Although a couple of the fabrics I ordered were out of stock, the communication was excellent and refunded on next working day. Very happy with the service, and will use again. Thank you Vera

Absolutely RUBBISH company!
I have ordered a very expensive fabric from them 7days ago. I have contacted them couple of times via their website to give an update on my order and delivery, however no one got back to me. They also offer 10% discount if you order the first time from them, that does not work either.
I downloaded their recommended app to track my shipment and I found out, there is still no update on my order after 7days.
So I sent them an email via the tracking app asking for update asap and they got back to with an answer of "running out of stock". So here I am, 7days of waiting and waisting my time chasing the expensive fabric. Now I need to go back to my customer explain this to them. What an absolute rubbish service!
