Will answer email straight away if it’s regarding starting the subscription or upgrading your subscription if you wish to leave they will blank you and you will not get a response

They have email addresses WhatsApp Mesenger if you inquire about dog food or have any questions about your dog menu or grading your menu you’ll get a response straight away if however you inquire about how you go about canceling your subscription they don’t respond at all. There is nowhere to do it on the website. It is not possible to come to your subscription on that. It clearly states that you must contact the company by email. The problem is they don’t respond the easiest way to do it is contact your bank and ask them to remove the subscription from your account then email the company back and explain to them that this is what you have done save a screenshot of that message and they are no longer allowed by law to take any charges from your account for that subscription.

I'd like to reassure you and that all customers can cancel their subscription at any time directly through their Tails.com account. We know how important it is that dog owners remain in control of their subscription, which is why the process can be completed online in just a few simple steps. Simply log in, head to the Account section, scroll down to the cancellation link, answer a few optional feedback questions and confirm the cancellation.

I'd also like to clarify that there's no need to contact your bank to stop a subscription. Once an account has been cancelled through Tails.com, no further subscription orders will be made. 

I'm sorry if you felt your messages weren't being responded to. We reply to all customer enquiries and aim to respond within 1 to 2 working days during our opening hours, Monday to Friday. The quick response you mentioned would most likely have been an automated acknowledgement email, which includes helpful information and directs customers to relevant Help Centre articles, and if that doesn't help your query will be reviewed by our Customer Experience Team. All enquiries enter a queue and are answered in the order they're received, regardless of the reason for contacting us.

If you didn't receive an automated email or a reply from our Customer Experience Team, I'd really like to understand what happened. I can assure you that any delay would not be related to your wish to cancel your subscription. We completely understand that customers may need to cancel for a variety of reasons and we're always happy to help make that process as straightforward as possible.

My dog LOVES this food

My dog has a habit of enjoying whatever food she's on for about a month before getting bored and not ever touching it again. Started her on Tails about 6 months ago and she's so excited every single time we give her a bowl! Just as much as the first time we fed it to her.
It's tailored to your dog's needs, we told Tails that she suffers with allergies and has issues with anal glands, and since starting tails these issues have reduced massively.
I couldn't recommend them more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience

We've had a fantastic experience with Tails.com. The website is easy to navigate, and there's a great variety of flavours and recipes to try, making it simple to find something our dog enjoys.

Before switching, our dog would often pick at his food, but now he genuinely looks forward to mealtimes. We split his daily dry food allowance between morning and afternoon, alongside his wet food at the same time each day, and both bowls are empty by the end of the day.

We've also noticed some great health benefits. His weight is well controlled, his skin and coat are looking much healthier, and even the "toilet department" has improved significantly!

The customer service team have been excellent too. They're quick to respond to emails, always helpful with their advice, and whenever we've called with questions, they've been friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help.

The subscription service is very easy to manage, and reminder emails are sent in plenty of time for us to make any changes before an order is processed. Deliveries via DPD have always arrived within the timeframe shown on the dashboard, and everything is packaged really well. We've never received any damaged bags or pots, and it's a bonus that all of the packaging is recyclable.

We're really pleased with the results and would happily recommend Tails.com to other dog owners.

Not the good company they used to be

Have used Tails.com for several years, but have found recently that they are slowly going downhill. Probably because they are now under Nestle Purina. Food not as good and orders not being delivered on nominated day.
Emails not answered and no phone number now. Sad because they used to be good and reliable

Maintaining quality and service.

Like every brand, changes are made over time to labels, ingredients, price. Tails has done well to maintain a good level of quality and value.
I noted however, on the new trays that some ingredient quantities are no longer listed which I personally find discouraging. I have recently upgraded some of my pets food to premium in the hope of keeping a better standard. When I open a tin of my cats food I can see what it is but this stuff is little chunks of brown 'stuff' and I have to wonder.
Service, speedy delivery is all excellent. Ordering is easy but I wish there were a few more options such as 'no kibble in this order'.

Mako loves his food

Just when my dogs food is about to run out I get the next delivery of food - seamless process! My dog loves his food and his early onset arthritis has gone away because of the blend of food that is tailored for him specifically. The best part is that the food is roughly the same price as a pet store would have charged. I highly recommend Tails, you won't regret the switch 👌

Not quite sure what’s gone wrong…

Not quite sure what’s gone wrong recently but you change things without consultation and I’ve had delivery when I didn’t need it then next one short of what I need not really sure whether to stick with you or not !?

This company provides an excellent service, food specifically tailored to your dogs needs and delivered every month! My dog loves the kibble and being diabetic it is tailored for his needs! I would highly recommend this company for what they offer!!
