My dog loves this food

I’ve been ordering my dog’s food from this company for a while now, and I’ve been consistently impressed. The quality of the food is excellent, delivery is always prompt, and everything arrives well packaged. My dog loves the food and is thriving on it, which gives me real peace of mind. It’s refreshing to find a company that clearly cares about both its products and its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other dog owners.

It says it was delivered on the 13

It said the package was delivered but it wasn't unless someone stole it from now on could delivery drivers knock on the door this is only happened once

My dog recently unexpectedly passed…

My dog recently unexpectedly passed away, Charlie helped me sort out his deliveries of food with no stress, he was extremely supportive and empathetic. I have also just received some flowers in the post from the company, thank you so much for you kindness.

Cancelled our subscription several…

Cancelled our subscription several months ago but an order was prosessed this week without us doing it? No prior notice given to us. Recieved an email the morning the order was bring processed. Emailed them 3 times to stop the order but the next day the order was dispatched! No way to call them. Still not had a response from them and ive now got a £50 order i dont want! Funny because when i initially opened an account with Tails.com the orders were NEVER processed this fast!!!

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience and can completely understand why you'd be frustrated, especially as you weren't expecting another order.

Having looked into your account, I can see the subscription was cancelled on the 12th of June. Prior to that, it's likely the orders were delayed rather than fully cancelled, which would explain why an order was still scheduled.

We do always send an email before an order is processed to give customers the chance to review, amend or cancel their upcoming order, and I can see an email was sent a few days before this order was created. That said, I appreciate that this doesn't make the situation any less disappointing when you weren't expecting an order at all.

I'm also sorry that you didn't receive a response before the order was dispatched. I can see you contacted us on Friday, and while we aim to reply within 1–2 working days, our team isn't available over the weekend. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to feel like you couldn't stop the order in time.

Dog has not stopped pooping since…

Dog has not stopped pooping since taking this, after only 2 days he's gone from twice a day to multiple times a day and its liquid, I can't even sleep cos when I did I woke up to 3 poo's in the apartment something he never does. Stay away

I'm really sorry to hear your dog has had a change in stools after trying their new recipe. We understand how stressful this must have been, especially dealing with multiple accidents overnight.

When introducing any new food, some dogs can experience digestive upset if the transition is too quick or if they're having ingredients they aren't used to. That's why we always recommend a gradual introduction over several days, mixing the new food with their previous food and slowly increasing the amount.

It may help to pause the new food for now and speak with your vet if the symptoms continue, worsen, or if your dog seems unwell in any other way.

We'd also be happy to look into this further and see how we can help. Our Nutrition Team can compare the ingredients with your dog's previous food and advise whether a different recipe or a slower transition plan may be more suitable.

My dog is healthy and happy

Tails is very user friendly and accessible. My dogs health and diet is paramount and I find their kibble to be beneficial for him. Having a Labrador comes with the usual issue of maintaining diet, Tails helps me with ensuring key nutrients and balance as his base meal.
Tails listened to my needs for delivery and provide my dog's food in smaller bags that I am able to manage due to disability. This I truly appreciate as many companies would not do this.
My dog is healthy and happy, so I am happy.

Food is good and arrives on time.

Food is good and arrives on time.
Since Nina started Tails.com she has not suffered with itching in the spring time like she usually does and her feet are looking lovely as she no longer picks them to death.
Her poo is much more solid and she goes regular which she didn't before Tails.com.
I'm very happy with Tails.com.

Harassment

I thought this would be a good food option for my dog however the amount of calls I have had from yourselves may as well be borderline harassment not only am I receiving sales calls 4 times a day if not more the staff you have calling potential customers need a lesson in customer care and when I ask to be taken off the books due to the amount of call I do not expect the snotty response of “I just work for the company I’m not to know how many times you have been called” I expect an apology and confirmation that I will not be called again!

Great quality food

I give less kibble per meal than recommended as my boy was putting on weight, but won't change his diet
