The bottles where much smaller than i anticipated but the instruction card explained the concentrated formula would do the job even better. After using it all my concerns faded as it worked soooo well!!!

For those wondering, works as described and it is dries not sticky which was a mayor concern for me.

I had an issue with my delivery because I wasn’t home when the package arrived, and I thought I would have to wait weeks. I contacted support and they replied very quickly. They tracked the parcel for me and arranged a new delivery without anyWhen the product finally arrived, the packaging was neat and the bottle was well protected. I used it the same day and even though the first use was subtle, after the second time I really saw the difference. Great service and a product that actually works.problems. That already gave me a good feeling about the company.

Tip: make sure to vacuum or sweep very well first. Then use warm water and don’t use too much product. Let it dry fully before walking on it. This really helped for me and it looks great now

I bought this mainly because we were considering replacing our floors due to how worn they looked. They were scratched, dry, and just very tired. I thought this would be a last attempt before spending a lot of money on new flooring.

For anyone using this: don’t expect miracles after one mop. It really works better after a second or even third use. I now use it about once every two weeks and my floor keeps looking fresh.

The first time I used it, I didn’t see a huge change right away and honestly thought it might not work for me. But I followed the advice to try again a week later, using slightly more product, and that’s when I really noticed the difference. My living room floor looked more even in color and not so faded anymore.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one deserves it. It saved me from replacing my floors (for now at least).

Like the product but recommend to get yourself a few, the bottles are not mega big and the best results really come after few times mopping the foor.

I'm struggling with Tailva...

I saw their ad for Multi-Surface Floor Mop Soap £24.99p GBP .. I also purchased Instant Stain & Odor Remover × 1 = £17.99pGBP.

The delivery was quite slow then a parcel came .. It was the Stain & Odour Remover £17.99p .. A day or so past... Still no Multi-Surface Floor Mop Soap ... I've sent several emails asking where the Multi-Surface Floor Mop Soap is... Tailva won't even reply to my emails... I am now having to contact Shop Pay to attempt to get my £24.99p GBP.... I was looking forward to becoming a regular customer of Tailva... But, why would I want to... All as I did was ordered goods from them... and they didn't fulfill their order.... All as I can say is... Be careful ordering from these people... Just for Tailva Order #T394545 This was my order... 30th January 2026.... It is now..18th Feb 2026 and still no Multi-Surface Floor Mop Soap

The smell alone makes cleaning feel less like a chore.

I find the advertisements always hard to believe but this one I was really excited for. After receiving i started straight away and was not too pleasant by the results. I have tile floors and it did gave some shine but when it dried out it did not leave the spark i had hoped for. Will try again tomorrow and see if it has to buildup.

Honestly didn’t expect much but I’m actually impressed. The floor feels cleaner and looks brighter without being fake shiny. My house even smells better the next day.

Very seldom have I bought items via instagram and they have turned out exactly as Advertised. This product is exactly what people say it is. It does have a natural shine to it. 2 capfuls will leave your floors and walls clean and smelling amazing. I live in a 1872 home and my kitchen was a horse barn attached to the house. This product really cleans the floor and the water I throw out is extremely dirty due to the age and wear and tear of the floors. I am so glad I found this product and look forward to ordering more…

I was skeptical at first. The ads were persistent and promising. When it came to tracking number, I wasn't familiar with it or the carrier so it made me question if my purchase was bogus. THANK GODD IT WASNT :) I love the product. I love the smell. We're going on almost one week since I've used it and my house still looks very clean. I used about a half bottle and I feel that was enough for my cleaning area. Instatnly looked much better an.

Why is there no instruction card with the order took me 30 minutes to find out the best way to use it! Products works good

my main issue was with the floor in the basement which felt like it had aged 10 times faster than the floors in our livingroom, luckily after firtst time mopping with this you saw a difference and I did not stop there! So I waited about a week and the second mop had even more impact and it now looks even better than the floor upstairs!! So if you ordered it as well consider using it 2 times :)
