I ask for more information and When i don’t like the product they help me to obtain a refund

They have offered a refund but only after I do a review on here, so they get 1 star after I get my refund ill up the rating but not until, as this is blackmail can I get them done for this? Its like they force you to do this hoping you will give them a glowing 5 stars well not until your end is complete, and in fairness I did order a dishwasher not some weird gift card that will never be used. Please be careful of scammers as I was well and truly scammed

Im 75 and made a purchace something on line that had nothing to do with what was thinking I was getting.
The company has a policy of no refunds just credit to spend on there pet products but I dont have a pet.
I finaly got my refund, Problem solved by Eugene, thank goodnes for common sense.

The registration to the site was through false advertising and they claimed my money promising a product they do not have access to.
Emily says that the problem will be solved, but it remains to be seen

Well... It seems that they are not going to refund my money... I will probably proceed to legal action...
