Ordered food for collection over the phone. Was told would be ready in40 minutes. Arrived just on time! The bearded barman/front of house manager ignored me standing at the bar, for 6 minutes. He was too busy chatting to his mate. Just before that I told another member of staff I was there to pick up an order. She went into the kitchen and returned a couple of minutes later to say it would be 5-10 minutes and to have a seat. After 20 minutes, I told the waitress that I would cancel my order if it wasn’t ready in the next 5 minutes. After more than 5 minutes it hadn’t appeared and so I cancelled my order. If on making the initial order I had been told it would be an hour, I could then have made the decision as to whether to go ahead or not. They have not grasped the basic tenet of being in a service industry, under promise and over deliver.

Never recommend you ever!. I ordered a curry. Then you cancelled it but took my money. Legal advice will happen tomorrow. Up until now I had no problem with your company. But you took my money and not providing me my order. That is stealing. You lost me as a customer forever. And I will warn others too. I’m a pensioner so I can’t afford to give money away.
