I previously ordered 4 pairs of shoes from them before. I bought them for my wife for Christmas and she loved them! The style, the fit, the comfort. She definitely appreciated the quality. This time I decided to order something a little more custom. I ordered a pair of platform wedges in a Light Mint Green color with Clear PVC foot strap. She has a few dresses in this color and I knew some wedges to match would be amazing on her. I just received the custom wedges and I am blown away at the color match and the quality. I am completely satisfied. They will be a birthday gift for my wife in April and I know she will LOVE them!

Cheap shoes not done in EU- but sell it from UK - don’t take the shoes back - even they don’t fit! Ugly people and service! Don’t ever buy there for that much money and you can’t return it in no way!

Rude and unresponsive customer service!
Given all the correct measurements, they totally screw up. Oversized and ankle straps too short..
Took several screenshots of their Tidio online chat messages they send me in order to convince them what they wrote back, but they ignored them completely and accused me in a very rude way, lots of messages with capitals included...
Update: the company tried to withdraw responsibility by suggesting @Trustpilot that Tajna Shoes had nothing to do with Tajna Club; One can see easily that Trustpilot reviewers are using the name Tajna Club as well whilst reviewing Tajna Shoes..hence both names are one and the same company

Just got my pair of boots from Tajna, just in time for boot season! They fit perfect. I told them in the notes I have bigger calves and thighs and they were able to custom make them to fit that. Love them so much. Also they showed up in the shipping time window which is always very important. Thank you so much and can’t wait to order more boots to add to my ever growing Tajna collection🥰

I ordered shoes and all went well until they arrived ... the straps are so short the two ends don't even touch each other and this is the response I got from them
"The straps can be lenghted . You can either send them back to Turkey so we can add ad6piece to according to your ankle or you make them lenghted in a cobbler"
No apology and all at my own expense. Please don't make the costly mistake I did
