Absolutely unaceptable

My reservation was still not confirmed ONE HOUR before I was supposed to retrieve the car.
I contacted suport, and they said that they will SPEED UP the confirmation proces.
(Speed up? Tis this a joke? I should have been ON MY WAY right in that moment!)

After 30mins of waiting they said they have no cars available.
I said there are SEVEN on their webpage, but thay confirmed that the information on the webpage is false.

That was my first experience with this company, and there will not be a second one.

It was a great experience. They provided a superior car and everything was delivered on time, as agreed. I really liked everything.

We rented a Suzuki Jimny in Mauritius and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Communication was clear and quick, and the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The car handover was smooth and everything was exactly as agreed in advance.

The car itself was in great condition, clean and perfectly reliable. The Suzuki Jimny is a perfect car for Mauritius, especially for the smaller roads and easy parking.

What I appreciated the most was the fair and professional approach. Everything worked exactly as it should.

Everything went fine with this rent company.
The car they gave us was clean, well kept and in perfect working order, simply beautiful.
We drove for five days, about 800 km in Armenia without any problem.
Another great thing is that you could receive the car directly at your address for a little surplus and the guy who delivered it to us was kind and he explained everything we need to know.
By the way, I always suggest the full insurance cover, you never know...

Great company. All offers correspond to those indicated on the website. All employees are polite and punctual, and always meet the requirements.

We rented a Volkswagen Golf Variant for a trip from Serbia to Montenegro. We had also ordered delivery to the hotel, but the car arrived a couple of hours late because the previous renter was late returning it. Nevertheless, the car arrived, it was exactly the one we ordered, and it performed excellently during the long drive. We had four suitcases, and they all fit comfortably in the trunk. The emergency braking system saved us a couple of times while parking on the narrow streets of the Montenegrin coast, preventing us from hitting the surrounding houses and cars.

As for the downsides, I would note the outdated navigation system software; it simply didn't have some of the Serbian highways, so we had to use a third-party navigation app.

I will definitely use the Take Cars service again. It was the easiest and most straightforward booking process, without any pushy upselling or scare tactics about huge deposits, which is often the case with popular rental companies.
