Kaz was absolutely gold to deal with in your Pukekohe shop. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Will definitely return.

I am a plus size customer, and also tall. I shop at Taking Shape both online, at the West Lakes Adelaide South Australia store, and sometimes through the Myers on-line site. The West Lakes store is a great place to shop. It has very helpful staff who are always friendly, courteous and patient in finding the right items for their customers. The online site is easy to use and displays images clearly. Taking Shape has a wide variety of offerings in terms of colour, size, shape, length and seasonal garments. The clothes are of good quality, and they make a great effort in giving us plus sizers something really pretty with great design and practical usage. Their clothing is great for travel as an added bonus. The basics range is also very helpful. I also find their pieces mostly combine well together when required. They also produce new ranges frequently. All round a great shopping experience, and always worth a visit.

I love their clothes they are all very comfortable. The staff though at the Carindale store were horrendous. All the time i was in the shop they were focused on a small group of women, I had no issues with this as i like to enjoy personalised service also, though after I had waited at least 30 minutes it started to become an issue as I had other things I needed to get done. When i approached a staff member i was pointed in the direction of the dressing room, which was not easy to find as it is a shared dressing room. I then decided on an item and took it to the shared counter, waited 15 mins behind the same group of ladies, who were chattering about all sorts of fun things they get up to, no care for any other person waiting to be served. I changed to another server who informed me when i got to her she couldn't serve me, i moved back behind the chatterboxes. Across the counter another person was complaining about the time also. Finally someone called me over and apparently I needed to be at a computer screen inside the store which I hadnt been told about. As I got there, there was another person standing at this computer, the shop assistant progressed to tell me, she will only be a minute, this other person was first. This was my final straw, i proceeded to put my item on top of the rack that was beside me, told them sorry I am over this and left. I got into the car, found same item online, one hour wasted. I had thought if store was in a Myers I may get a better and more personalised service as the event I was going to was important to me to look the best i can. I was very, very wrong!! Never again!!

Recently I returned a faulty cardigan for refund to Parafield Warehouse store. Lou and her lovely team were extremely helpful and obliging and immediately worked through the processing of my refund. Within an hour I was also contacted from head office by very friendly Sarah who informed me the refund had been completed. Excellent service by a friendly, professional company. A breath of fresh air for these times. Highly recommend!

Taking Shape offers personalized fitting through a free in-store Personal Styling Experience, where you get one-on-one time with a stylist who helps select outfits in a private fitting room. This needs to be booked in advance (it's not a walk-in experience) - and my stylist at Frankston was Rachel. The experience was abfab! I normally hate the entire clothes trying/buying exercise, but with Rachel's help and honest feedback, it was a breeze!! Definitely the only way to shop in future!!!

Absolutely love this shop, the quality and styles are amazing, one of the best stores for women’s apparel, and not just in larger sizes, they now do size 10, albeit it’s more a 12/14. Buy most of my clothes from them.

I love the Taking Shape store in Napier New Zealand. The staff are always friendly, warm and very helpful. The shop itself is a kaleidoscope of colours and styles and a joy to browse through...:) Highly recommend ...Thank you ladies

Had a wonderful shopping experience today in Bunbury. Looked after so cheerfully well by Maria and the other staff members. Beautiful array of garments, some on special, in many great colours and sizes. Please open a shop in Busselton, as we have nothing down here like that. Keep up the good work.

We are lacking happy stores but Taking Shape in Napier is fantastic

I have just purchased 5 new dresses at my Taking Shape store in Bunbury WA. The beautiful Italian lady Maria was beyond helpful. Her styling tips and customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend this store and the service provided.

I have recently visited my local Taking Shape store ( Cannington Western Australia)
My first visit I was a little unsure as I’m a transgender lady and still getting comfortable with other people accepting me. But I was assure that I would be welcomed and assisted with no problems !! And I was .. a lovely lady by the name of Leanne had no concerns in assisting me with a Bra fitting .. even thou we where unable to get a bra.. I felt welcomed and relaxed and was assure that if there was anything else that I needed help with please ask .. I looked around and left the store with a spring in my step ., happy to return when I needed help again ..

Well that is what I did .. I needed an outfit for an up coming event !! I went to the Cannington store on Saturday and this experience was a completely different one ..
no one could be bothered .. apparently to busy atm .. will be with you shortly.. I wondered around .. really very unsure where to start or what to look at !!!
I ended up leaving with nothing .. feeling very low and dissatisfied..

I understand people may be uncomfortable.. but to be brushed off and ignored .. was just very sole crushing ..

I will return but will be making sure Leanne will be working !!

Today Grace spent time helping me buy some matching outfits
I love her sense of design , colour sense and the patience and care she gives me to choose the right outfits
I love shopping here and Grace makes it fun , enjoyable and I know I can trust her taste and product knowledge of what also suits my needs

Recently visited the Cannington store on Saturday .. was an amazing store and an amazing experience the staff where all helpful and friendly .. well done ladies you are all truly amazing

Completely ignored when I went to moonee ponds shop always am appalling service it’s a joke too busy talking than serving customers they should be sacked

Annette from the Coffs Store is so friendly, made me feel so welcome in the store. Greeted me on arrival and was very informative about the garments I was looking at. I returned today hoping that she would be there, and she was. You are lucky to her in your business.

TS Pukekohe staff are truly amazing. So attentive, friendly and just ho out of their way to help with getting anything in frim another store if needed. Jill and Ruth are absolutely lovely. The two other ladies who work on different days are also super friendly and always end up having a laugh. I love this store. Best customer service. Highly recommend visiting this store.

Received email my click and collect order eas ready to pick up. I opted for click and collect instead of post as they had a special offer that you got a $10 voucher to use in store when you picked your order up (otherwise it's quite inconvenient to go to the store so I usually get posted)

Checked google before I left and store was open until 5.30. Arrived at 5.10 to steel roller door down and store closed.

For a staff meeting. They couldn't wait 30 minutes because then they'd be too late to get home apparently.

I emailed for my parcel to be sent to me as it wasn't worth the effort to return.

The head customer relations person's advised "hours are subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE "

No apology.

When I suggested that google could of been updated - as a staff meeting is a planned event - i think she laughed. She did say they have 150 stores and I'd need to speak to the IT department.

Horrid "customer service" .

Bizarre in fact.

No acknowledgement of issue just a "too bad so sad" attitude she was happy to quickly and gleefully cancel my order (no im not exagerating)
