Die takko app ist absolut eine katastrophe! Erst konakt in wien dann in deutschland und danach eine e mail adresse für techniker, auf diese man nie eine antwort bekommt, obwohl 7 tage versprochen werden. Ausgenommen sind die mitarbeiter der filialen, die sehr bemüht sind die app herzustellen und selber verzweifeln. Es gibt keinen ansprechpartner! Ich würdd minussterne geben, wenn das möglich wäre!
Takko Shop Österreich - sehr schlecht weil man keine Kundenkarte mit Rabatt kriegt - wie bei Kick - sondern nur wer eine App und Smartphone hat bekommt Ermässigung - das ist für uns in Österreich und in Deutschland ein Grund dort nicht mehr zu kaufen - wir lehnen App und Handyzwang genauso wie Handy für Banking ab. Wir wollen hier wie immer und die Kundenkarten bei Kick und Hervis - das war immer so und wir bleiben dabei. Die Leute im Shop haben gesagt es gibt keine Kundenkärtchen - nur App - dann kaufen wir da nichts mehr
