6 weeks of waiting and getting the wrong product

Ordered my watch on 20th of january. Estimated delivery time was 5-7 days.
After 3 weeks, there was no trace of the watch. The customer service was very slow to reply and their response was not satisfying at all.
Finally got my watch delivered on 28th of febuary, almost 6 weeks later. I got delivered the wrong watch! Without the promised NATO band. I contacted the customer service yet again, without any response so far.
The watch I recieved does not look bad, but considering everything, I can only discourage people to order. It's a horrible customer experience
