We have bought a wall light from Tala. The light is supposed to be dimmable, but it never worked and was flickering straight away, even when being on full power the light would go on and off. When contacting Tala customer service, they told us this light would only work with special dimmable switches or alternatively an on and off switch. We had an electrician come around to fix the switches and still no luck with this Tala light . Very frustrating process and customer support and has been very poor throughout. Wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

As a repeat customer, I worry tala is going into administration. I'm writing this on behalf of my OAP mother who purchased a Muse from tala online. She quickly realised she'd ordered the wrong lamp, asked for a refund and then ordered the right lamp. Despite cancelling within 14 days and not receiving the item, tala is claiming they will only offer store credit. They claim there are special terms and conditions for Black Friday / Cyber Monday, which is easy to check online as untrue where they are advertising the lamp today with a - more generous than 14 day cool off rights - 28 full refund policy. I'd recommend only purchasing with credit card from tala now to give you full Section 75 rights as store credit is pretty worthless if they go into administration

Very disappointed and let down by Tala. Paid a lot of money for The Muse and received an email about a faulty bulb. Despite reaching out multiple times no one has been in touch! Haven't been able to use the product since.

Premium product - bulbs yes - rest, probably not.
Recently purchased Voronoi II bulbs with pendants. Bulbs are wonderful - however the pendants? - Don't bother. Ceiling rose on single pendants - Multi use - They have a cable hole at the top side which shows everywhere in my room - Buy cheaper ones off Amazon - they are not multi use. Hugely disappointing from a so called premium brand
Also purchased a triple pendant. - Call an Electrician - You have to cut wires, install 3 junction boxes- I get that it offers flexibility in cable length but any DIY installer probably has the risk of introducing a fire hazard in their home if they try to do it themselves.
Clearly a company who had a good idea in their bulbs- the rest is poor quality for a premium price - Clearly a bunch of marketeers sitting around working out how to increase profit margins rather than quality products.
If I am buying a ceiling rose - Why do I want one that is clearly designed for multi use.
OH and last nail in coffin - For the triple they are discontinuing colours - but don't want to inform you, so now we have sets that don't match.
I will not recommend - If you want the look, buy the bulbs, source the rest elsewhere.

This would be 0 stars if I could. I ordered my lamp on the 27th April and it says shipping is 4-5 days. I waited over 2 weeks to contact tala but my order still hasn’t not even been shipped! I sent an email a few days ago and someone said they’d get back to me (they didn’t). Then I called the customer service team yesterday and spoke to someone who first said that the reason it hadn’t shipped was because they had only received £27 out of the £77 I was meant to pay. This was categorically not true as I paid with a £50 gift card as well as an extra £27 on top. He apologised and then asked if he could “get back to me via email” and promised he would do it by the end of the day. He did NOT get back to me and my order still hasn’t been shipped, nor has anyone got in contact. I paid £15 for delivery!!!! I will be asking for a refund of this and will never order from tala again. Either this is a scam or incredibly poor service.

I purchased 20 Sphere III light bulbs for the two chandeliers in my living room. The dim to warm feature breaks and am left with some bulbs that can go from 3000k to 2000k, and half that are stuck at 2000k. Very frustrating when I spent nearly £700 on these bulbs. Customer service has been poor. They have replaced some bulbs, but will not replace all of them.

Paid for delivery even though I spent almost £100. It took almost two weeks as they clearly forgot and the customer service was useless. Quality was poor and ended up sending it back.

the lamps look better at home than on the website. They create very calm atmosphere at home, are beautifully designed and produced. I bought a few Tala table lamps before, and they are really timeless and can blend in various interiors. They are nice objects to live with.

Their customer service is appalling. Our Voronoi lightbulbs stopped working after only 3 years. These bulbs should have an average life span of 15000 hours. This means that, if left on 24hrs a day, they should provide light for 2 years. A more realistic and average use of 5hrs per day, would equate to just under 8yrs. Ours, all three of them, only lasted 3yrs. As we don’t need to purchase a new set already having cables and fittings, I asked about their after sale service, to provide assistance and retain their existing customers. John in customer service suggested that, as we are out of warranty, we perhaps should wait until an offer is available on their mailing list, to purchase a new set. Currently these retail at £190 each, so we should not only wait indefinitely with our lights off, but also purchase a whole new set for £570 just to replace the bulbs. They do not sell just the bulbs, they sell only a design with a very brief life span. We will certainly buy an alternative bulb through a different supplier, and even more certainly, not purchase any more lighting from them.

Tala Mantle is lovely lamp .. took a few minutes to work out how to turn it off! Dimmer works well and is bright enough to read by .. already have Tala Muse and couldn’t wait to buy something small for side table .. arrived charged so I could use it straight away & charge lasts ages on low light 🌟

Bought the muse portable in candlenut white, this is my second purchase and I’m really pleased.
Always beautifully made lights from Tala.

Purchased the Luna leggings - at first very good but they ripped! Not happy for £40. Message is amazing but poorly executed.

Great product and excellent customer service

Great ordering process and the lamp arrived safely, although if it hadn’t been packed so well could have been potential damage. I saw these on Instagram and have been meaning to buy one. So glad I got round to it. Very stylish robust and in Farrow and Ball colours. Nice bright light and will be perfect for outside as is a rechargeable battery. Bought as a wedding gift but now going to order a couple for myself.

Tala make absolutely magical lights with such cool designs - and their website and service is perfect - every design conscious person should be buying from this wonderful company - thanks Tala !

My 3rd Tala lamp! This one is amazing. Beautifully built, solid, gorgeous finish BUT the light is gorgeous, going to a bright white light and dimming down to a warm yellow light. Genius.

Bought 2 of the Muse lamps. These battery powered lamps have a great camping outdoor feel as well as being luxurious with the clear blemish free glass and brass fittings. I like that spare parts are available. Light is good with the frosted lamp and is dimmable to a nice soft level. They seem well made arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date.

Ordered some lights that were never installed. Followed all their instructions for a return as I wanted to swap my products. I ordered the other products and received them however never received my refund for the first order that was returned. They just know how to sell and disappear after. Literally zero customer service - non existent apart from taking your money.

The light bulbs are great quality and look great. Also delivered quickly.
