I'm upset with this company since my purchase didn't live up to my expectations, and when I asked to return it, it took far too long for the return label to arrive. After that, they emailed me to clarify their stupidity, even though my explanation was obvious and hasn't been addressed. I regret using this company and wasting my money, so carefully consider your options before making a purchase.

If I would have read the reviews
If I would have read the reviews, I would have never purchased and missed out on a great pillow. My sister had one on her guest bed when I visited and I told her I had to have one. I hate memory foam and I hate flat pillows. I feel like Goldilocks and found the ‘just right’ pillow. This pillow is “springy” and a perfect height for a side sleeper and not have your head too high or low.
They are pricey, but how can you put a price on a great night sleep?
Now I gotta get my husband one cause he tries to steal mine.

I love my latex king sized firm pillow. It’s perfect for support and comfort. I also find it a lot cooler to sleep on than a standard pillow.

Fast delivery and excellent quality
We are based in the UK and purchased the "UK only" option for the topper. It was delivered within 2 business days! We tried a latex topper in person in a non-related nearby shop, so we knew what it feels like. We decided to purchase from Talatex since we get a thicker topper for cheaper. I highly recommend you try it somewhere first as it might not be a good fit if you are looking for a sinking, plush feeling. We love it, and my neck and shoulder pain from our firm spring mattress is entirely gone after a week.

I purchased two pillows on 6 Feb and they arrived on 10 Feb, which was a very pleasant surprise.
I selected the medium soft based on the questions on the website and that turned out to be the perfect choice for me.
The pillows are amazing. I’d go as far as to say the best pillow I have ever slept on. They’re soft and cozy, with just the right amount of support. I think they were extremely well-priced given the quality.
I saw a mention of a “latex smell” when the pillow are first unpackaged. There was a slight smell that was not a real bother, but after two nights that’s gone.
I highly recommend!!
