Ordered some sandals and they are nothing like the photos - the pair they sent are hideous - requested a return straight away and it took them over two weeks to reply saying it had been declined due to being a late request - informed them I requested as soon as I got them and they said they would look into it - that was in August and still waiting for further information
A scam company. I cancelled an order within minutes of ordering and two months later, and five promises by text, I am still waiting for my refund.
Do not be taken in by the apparent apologetic nature of any communiques you received from them. They are cowboys.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company are a complete scam. I ordered croc low wedge sandals and what I received didn’t even resemble them. I received some cheap plastic croc copies that you can buy in the pound shop. I contacted them and I am still waiting for a refund that was on the 1st September. I’m obviously not going to receive anything from them. So please be aware don’t waste your hard earned money like I did stupidly!!!
This company is a scam. I ordered two linen v-neck dresses and what I received were two ultra cheap rubbish polyester items that you wouldnt even wear in bed. When I tried to return them, I got no response from the company at all. I have managed to retrieve my money from my credit card company thankfully. Oh and by the way, the phone number on their website belongs to a cafe in London!!
