My personal experience with this organisation is that 90% of the posts shown do not exist. The 10% that do are of no relevance whatsover. I have found a role via other means and would advise others do the same.

Just been sent an email saying they have an immediate start position that suits my job search. I’ve not registered with them. I can only assume they’ve taken my details from LinkedIn and the fact that I’ve put my profile at “interested in another job”. But in looking at their website and these reviews, it’s clear their site is terrible and they are not a good recruitment service. Save yourself the time and energy and go to a creditable recruitment agency.

There are many positive reviews here all looking like they were written by AI and posted from an account with one review from happy clients.

I was tasked with evaluating the platform as a bridge for our ATS for recruiting. I am a Human Resource Coordinator for a 1,500 employee Health Care provider. In my evaluation I used both my work email and my personal email to set up accounts and post jobs. It did not take me long at all to realise that their searches take nothing into consideration when setting alerts and the types of jobs that were being sent to my email and the geographic location made no sense at all. Furthermore the quality and amount of candidates I was getting from the posts were of no use. One ‘account manager’ contacted me and set up a meeting to discuss our needs. I set up a meeting with out HR Team and he never was to be heard of again. Do not deal with a Mr. Yannick Paradis if you want something done. It’s sad too because we were perfectly willing to pay to try the platform but we never got that far. The worst though came when I tried to leave the platform. Even though I purged my account and sent emails to helpdesk asking them to remove all traces of me and my company, I still receive useless, alert emails to both email addresses to the point that I have had to contact our legal team. I suggest ZipRecruiter, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn which are all worth the money as paid platforms for recruiting.

Something seriously wrong with this site. I started getting jobs from them despite never having registered. In fact I retired end of 2018, so why would I apply. Polite emails saying you've made a mistake have been ignored, so I just apply for everything with a CV document explaining the situation. (I told you I was retired!)
Initially I got catering jobs in London, about 100+ miles away, but recently anything and anywhere. Latest a Key Account Manager.
If you're seriously looking for a job, firstly good luck to you, but avoid this site and concentrate on proper vacancies and genuine agencies.

This website is FRAUDULENT. Let me explain my reason for coming to this conclusion and why I'm angry about it. I was introduced to talent.com while I was in the process of seeking (still searching) a job. At first things seem to be fine. I was under the impression that because they were sending me job offers daily, there was hope of someone hiring me a lot faster. Each and every time I clicked on one of their emails, the same job they told me I qualified for was never actually there. No matter how many times you click on their links, YOU WILL NEVER FIND THAT ADVERTISEMENT. It's nothing more than a merry-go-round. When I started paying close attention to their emails, I realized that they would ALWAYS start the conversation off the same way.
HI. WE FOUND A COMPANY THAT WANTS TO HIRE YOU IMMEDIATELY. BASED ON YOUR PROFILE, YOU QUALIFY AND WE BELIEVE IT'S A GOOD MATCH FOR YOU. All of a sudden I kept asking myself, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE INFORMATION ON MY PROFILE QUALIFIED ME FOR ANY TYPE OF JOB? BECAUSE THE TRUTH IS THAT I NEVER MADE A PROFILE WITH THEM OR ANYONE ELSE WHILE SEARCHING FOR WORK. THAT SO CALLED PROFILE THEY SPEAK OF DOESN'T EVEN EXIST!
But, that's not what bothers me.
What does bother me is that I HAVE A FAMILY THAT DEPENDS ON ME TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. Where is the honesty and respect I deserve? I AM A VETERAN. I GLADLY VOLUNTEERED MY LIFE TO FIGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY. KNOWING THERE WAS GREAT POSSIBLY I COULD COME BACK HOME IN A BODY BAG! THESE ARE THE PEOPLE I PROTECTED AND SERVE! AND FOR WHAT? SO THEY COULD CONTINUE TO ENJOY THEIR FREEDOM BY USING INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO WORK HARD THE HONEST WAY. READ THE REVIEWS THAT HAVE 4 OR 5 STARS. PAY ATTENTION TO THE SUBMISSION DATES. ASK YOURSELF IS IT JUST A COINCIDENCE.

This site is useless, click on what it says is a vacancy in my area only to find it’s actually 400 miles away. Seems like they just want you to give them your data so they can use CV etc to forward & get a fee.

spam the life out of my emails and have so far disregarded 5 attempts to unsubscribe to there emails

Bodyshop manager is either the most available role in my area for months now (like I live in the area with thousands of body shops or no one wants this job) or this is just spamming me, and for a sector I don't work in. Can't turn off notifications, can't even log in so reported as spam and marked as junk
