If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. So tired of this platform flooding my Email inbox with job offers. They have me fill out applications for various companies which is very time consuming; Then advise they are moving forward with another candidate. These are positions I qualify for and they even suggest and sate I qualify for these positions, then deny me the opportunity after taking up hors of my time with the application process. Is this a scam? This has happened on multiple occasions with several different well known companies. This is very unfair.
