Scam company took our money and put in a teacher who was young boy of 15 year, then put in second teacher who was extremely rude and arrogant. after 4 classed we had to cancel as they couldn't find another teacher. this company is scam they do not even have a contact number and only whats app number. where there is no incoming as they have recharged???? do not waste your time. we are in Australia and I know you all parents have better things to do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....
your reply is always like email us don't you think we have. you taken our money and now trying wasting our time and not giving us refund. Our kids been learning from other company teachers and never had any issue and was expecting same from you nothing more but honestly its very sad off course customer service is not your first priority and you will Scam people and take their money with no classses/ no resolution/ and new support officer on every case with one line respose "we are looking into it and get back to you".........What a shame..

The management is ridiculous. I have faced so many problems dealing with them. They donot know their classes and schedule. They cant match their sessions timing with canada/us time. They dont care about their customers

We take couple of different lessons from talentgum. Teachers are very professional and qualified, technology is very good and support staff is very responsive.

I see a big scam running here in the name of “policy.” How many more parents have lost their hard-earned money to this fraud company?

I enrolled my child twice in TalentGum’s Public Speaking Course. The first time, missed classes were resumed without issue. The second time, under the same situation, they flatly refused to either carry forward or refund the sessions. Instead, they hid behind an unfair “policy” that was never properly disclosed at the time of sale.

Their sales girls are very persuasive until they get your payment. Once money is taken, they completely disappear, and support teams stop cooperating. This is nothing but looting parents under the guise of education.

This company seems like scammers. I will be escalating this matter to consumer forums, government authorities, and will soon release a detailed video exposing their fraud so that no more parents fall into their trap.

Parents — please be careful. Don’t get lured by their promises. Education should not be about cheating families.

TalentGum is a great platform for students. My son has been studying keyboard for 2 years. The customer service is Gud. Recently, I had to reschedule the classes and Ms. Astha helped us with that efficiently.
