My custom necklace was very cute, but only lasted 2 years with no water/sweat contact. They do not offer a lifetime guarantee. They only offered $30 reimbursement to get it replated at a jeweler, which would cost approx. $150.

I purchased the quickest delivery to ensure I received before Valentines Day and it showed up a day earlier than expected. The process of selecting a map, designing the piece was simple and the result received is beautiful. I am so glad it included a copy of the map used to design the drop. I am confident she is going to love it. It is the location of our First Kiss and that took us all the way to I Do! What a beautiful concept in jewlery.

Double Layer Men Name Bracelet - Brown Leather - I ordered this bracelet for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day; received the package and tried to open the magnetic clasp and the leather straps came out of the clasp - very poor craftsmanship for a $100 bracelet. Not Happy ... Cheap Feel for the expense
Actually, I am more than slightly disappointed. It is not a thick as the price point makes it feel when ordering... being not even 0.030 of an inch thick, it's flimsy at best. My product has scratches on the surface and it makes me feel as if I am giving a cheap item to my significant other. Although cool idea but, in my opinion, It is extremely overpriced! I received it in a bag, like cheap jewelry. I also didn't receive a graded diamond, that I added and was a great increase in price (could it ba a cubic zirconia???). Packaging was ok...ish... but again... I got it in a mini zip lock bag...
I would love to show photos... but no option for that...
Also, I would be extremely surprised that my review statement will be posted because it's all about reputation.
OVERLY DISAPPOINTED!
If I could get my money back, I would!
