Bad after service
We had previously been with Talk Talk for a number of years, with maybe a few hiccups, but nothing serious.
We were unable to stay with Talk Talk for the digital switchover, and left them in October 2025. We have, since then, been "invoiced" for the return of the router - which I have sent proof three times to them that they have had it back. We have been over charged as well. All I get from them is that the situation is being resolved, and that I have to be patient. This is nearly ten months ago. How much patience must I have?? I have today been corresponding with yet another employee. They have now said I still owe the router charge even though I have emails to say the matter is now closed. Don't bother trying to talk to anyone with intelligence there because you get nowhere. Frustrated isn't even close to what I feel
As an added note. Today is 1st September. I put my details down as requested by email and have not heard anything since. Am I being too eager to get this finalised, and maybe not given Talk Talk enough time to investigate? Time will tell

I had a very difficult time setting this new router, which took me 3 days to sort it out. I was a total despair, no talk talk technical engineers were able to help me. Just because Shubham stepped in and guided me patently. I have been using the talk talk broadband for many many years and had no problem in setting up before. I have never ever had such a difficult time setting it up like this. Awful experience. But I am very grateful to Shubham. Thank you so much.
