Wish I could even give them 0 star

Wish I could even give them 0 star, this are bunch of scammers, customer support was replying until I made a deposit, they stopped replying both on the app and even their official email.
I bought a spain number I wanted to forward incoming calls from the spain number to my landline they said call forwarding isn't enabled on my account I should contact customer support, and the customer support haven't reply me until today..my remaining balance in the app got deducted for no reason leaving on 3 cent..and no it wasn't even for number renewal
