From start to finish a pleasure to deal. Friendly and understanding and raised the complaints with the bank and got back far more than I expected . Fantastic service

Not heard anything from anybody! Don't know what is going on and what isn't!!
Got in touch with Tallee regarding my overdraft and other loans. Not heard a thing! Got told at the start no longer than 3 weeks you should have money back..8 weeks nearly..NOTHING!!!!
Thank you for the reply but still not recieved any information from you. Looks like I'm waiting another 8 weeks then?

Honestly I don’t think this company is great. For one the correspondence has been shocking. Communication is so poor, multiple emails unanswered, and there’s zero way to track any of the applications. They offer you no counsel or advice and basically take any fee for just sending an email. I also found in one of my notices a company sent me they hadn’t even responded in the deadline they gave them which meant my claim was turned down.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend and what I didn’t realise at the time they used to be called something else, needless to say the old name has multiple poor reviews

Have been offered a couple of settlements from this organisation at this point and they do wonderful work.
Every member of staff i've spoken with has been kind and very helpful.
I would recommend contacting via phone over email

I have accepted an offer on an mis sold loan with the help of clear legal. There will be no reports on credit file. Worked within timescale stated. Very happy with outcome.

Very helpful through out the whole process. Money was received within 2 days of payout from the lender.

Very easy and very quick

I have been very disappointed with this service. When I originally applied, they asked me to complete a questionnaire and said that was eligible to make a claim. I did so on three (x3) old credit products, to which they said they would first have to submit a Subject Access Request. They did so on two, but I had to remind them to acknowledge the third. They didn’t respond to any of my emails, either. I received no further update until approximately a month later, to which they replied and said I didn’t have any grounds to complain. Somewhat of a waste of time, despite originally being deceived by them into thinking the complaints had merit. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Great service, fast and reliable

I'll update this to higher rating if anything changes but however, i applied over a week ago and not received any updates regarding back about my claims.

This company is great at what they do. Of course many may be looking for more of a payout and you can still probably get that depending on the circumstances and situation but my end goal was just to be released of some financial burden. They helped me with this. I would definitely recommend them to those that believe they have been lent to irresponsibly. They will help a great deal.
