From putting the offer in for our house purchase on 20th December 2025 to moving date on 5th February 2026 we cannot thank Rebecca enough for speedy process.She was exceptionally friendly ,went through all the documentation professionally and so we could understand it all.We were kept well informed at every stage of the process .Well done Rebecca and your staff (Katie and Gabrielle ) We would not hesitate to contact Rebecca and her team should needs be .A massive thankyou to you all .Highly recommended.

They were great and helped guide me through selling a house and reassuring me about the process and what to expect at each stage. I cannot thank Gabrielle enough and the clear and timely communication made sure that even whilst things were stalled at one end, I knew timelines and had reasonable expectations

Currently in a chain with this company, they are acting on behalf of the bottom of the chain and buyers are in rented at the moment, this firm is holding everyone else up, poor/no communication and no sense of urgency. Would avoid at all costs.

Another firm of Solicitors who aren't bothered about the law. I would really avoid any law firm in Newark they are all the same. No longer interested in court they want to give financial advice or property contacts after that useless.

Not a great service it was a cash purchase no mortgage and took almost 6 months to complete despite wanting a quick turnaround
Solicitor seemed to be unavailable for appointments, answer questions, and seemed to try and obstruct the sale process rather than facilitate it ???

We went in to have two Wills made up. We stated exactly how we want it all distributed. And it was followed through.
Lovely staff at Mansfield branch. Quick easy and efficient.
Will definitely use this team again.
